“I had both positive and frustrating experiences with IEE. The Good: Some staff members were very kind and patient, especially during phone calls. They took time to answer my questions and sounded genuinely helpful. The initial process was straightforward, and the team was responsive to basic inquiries. The Issues: Slow and inefficient – The evaluation took longer than expected, and revisions required multiple follow-ups. Verification concerns – My GPA and credit conversion seemed inaccurate, and despite providing evidence, corrections were difficult to secure. Inconsistent standards – Some policies (like fee waivers for errors) were unfairly applied. While I appreciate the polite customer service, the evaluation process needs improvement in accuracy and efficiency.”

“David very sincerely thought we would receive a better service from you. We do not have a contact person for any problems. Our contact no longer works for you. Many evaluations are not carried out in 3 days as guaranteed and indeed we are the ones who have to contact you to inform you that the Italian academic institutions have sent the documents for verification.”
