Ordered on 19 Nov. It is 9 Dec. My Pillow SD hips with FEDEX. Very unreliable delivery company. FEDEx shipments get ro Ellenwood GA and either set for days or disappear. Will not buy again.

GREAT sheets. I ordered queen size. Very happy. I will only order my sheets from MyPillow from now on. Price is ok but worth it. Delivery we in days. So I don't understand all these other bad reviews. For me had no problems.

I purchased 2 king classics and was immediately disappointed when I received them. I followed directions to fluff them up and as soon as I put my head on the pillow I went straight to the mattress. No support whatsoever. 10 years watching these commercials and I finally bought 2. I wish I never did

I tried three different levels, finally giving up. None of them were any good. I like Mike and his success story but, frankly, I'll never understand it as his pillows are the absolute worst! No wonder he expanded to other items but I wouldn't feel comfortable purchasing any of it as the pillow he CLAIMS to be so great is a TOTAL WASTE OF HARDXEARNED MONEY. Sorry Mike, but it's true.

The pillow is lumpy and not supportive. The queen size is actually a standard/queen. Not large enough for my pillow cases and queen size bed. Very disappointed with the product. Do not recommend. The purchase was a complete waste of money.

Poor quality, workers sneeze on pillows all the time , than package . Don't by in to BS return policy. The hassle is unbelievable takes months. There is nothing special to mikes pillow. Compares to Walmart low end pillow. Did the pillow test. He discounting commercials is all due to his law suits he has lost. They will get lower he will be instinct and broke , out of business by end of next year. He will be back on drugs, on the street homeless

The pillow is lumpy and no support at all. I am extremely disappointed that I spent money on something that I could have bought at the dollar general store for less money. I should return them but i don’t have the box and I think you have to pay shipping. This was for a guest room but I would be embarrassed to have my guest sleep on this

I find that the standard size is small compared to other pillows. Flocking is good but needs to be fluffed up consistently. Overall am happy with the product but would prefer to see an upgraded version.

Hi, I ordered a bathrobe and slippers. Took a month to be delivered. Slippers too big and bathrobe had a funky tie wrap that I didn't like. Would have exchanged but not an easy experience. Didn't want to wait two months before I got my stuff and I had to call about the slippers which they didn't have a non wide or a smaller size or half sizes. I also had to pay $10.00 to return. I received nothing but had to pay $10.00 and drive out of my way to return. I will never buy anything from my pillow again; not because the products aren't good but because I HATE TO BE NICKLED AND DIMED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I KNOW MY PILLOW MAKES A DECENT PROFIT WHY NOT MAKE THINGS EASIER ON THE CONSUMER RATHER THAN MORE DIFFICULT TO SAVE A BUCK???????????????? I HATE THAT IN A COMPANY.

Ordered pillows on 10/12/24. I realize that 10/14 was a holiday ( really not a celebrated holiday now), I contacted them on 10/23/24. Pillows hadn't been shipped yet and it won't be for at least another 4 days. Don't believe item will be received within 10 days. My last order thru My Pillow!

Terrible pillow. I got a dozen for my family... all ditched them all... no one likes it. Nothing special about them...in fact, they are not comfortable at all. Don't buy it. His continuos Ads at FoxNews should be banned for misleading...

Four years ago we bought your pillows. We recently purchased your Giza pillows and they were extremely disappointing. Not even close to the original pillow. The pillows were only half full. Returned them for a different type. Only to find ourselves with a low quality product again. Still waiting for our refund

Yeah ditto, quick to take your money, blast you with emails, nothing but ads, no update on your actual order! Minnesota company, California warehouse, damn southwest airlines purchase them? I mean come on, Jesus in your side, but not on the wheel...won't order anything else if God can't get to me in less than a week..even an untrained miserable amazon contractor driving an old Mercury Marquis can get it from Cali to ky in 3 days!!

I have bought and used several of Mike lyndales my pillow products. His products are top notch. My complaint is with his shipping. The shipping sucks. They take forever to get your order to you and they don’t keep you posted.

In retail, time is everything. 4 to 6 weeks for delivery! Really Mike? Also when you place an order you automatically start receiving their promos multiple times per day in your email. Unsubscribing means nothing to them. You winds up calling customer service to the point of becoming a pest to get them to stop. Give people the option to subscribe or not and honor unsubscribe requests. Get it right Mike!
