“I bought 2 pillows several years ago & we loved them! I bought new ones and they are horrible! They don’t have anywhere near the amount of filling as the previous ones! I’m so disappointed!”

“Loved my Pillows when I purchased years ago. Decided it was time to replace with new ones. WHAT A MISTAKE! New ones lacked fullness. Could feel the weight difference by picking up an old one and comparing it to new one. NO wonder Lindell is almost out of business.”

“Bought three of the original my pillows and they're honestly amongst the worst purchase I've ever made. Gotta give to old Lindel though he is one hell of a hype man for his own product. Very uncomfortable pillows 😕”

“Company refused to allow me to use my actual street address, and instead changed it to a road number that the post office did not recognize. Then after waiting almost two weeks for shipping, the post office received the package, and would not allow me to retrieve it even with a tracking number. Bad customer service all the way around. Was looking forward to new pillows, but will buy elsewhere now and in the future. Mypliiow, you have lost a customer.”

“Your commercials are unwatchable!!! The channel is changed within 3 seconds when the same annoying mike lindell shows his face and sounds his voice! Doesn't he have grandkids or puppies to do his commercials??? Please stop!!!”

“Purchased 6 pillows. Fortunetly only opened one. Very thin cheap fabrics filled with about half the required amount of chopped foam. This is easily the worse product I have ever bought!”

“I have purchased several My Pillows in the past and was very pleased. I have traveled with them all over the country because I am never pleased with hotel pillows. I recently purchased two new pillows and was very disappointed. The filling didn’t even fill half of the cover. I am surprised that the quality has diminished to this extent. I will not be purchasing anymore more this company.”

“I was excited to receive a MyPillow, body pillow, for Christmas. It was TOO big (I am 5' and it was almost as tall as me) - it was like having another person in the bed and SUPER lumpy. After sleeping on it two nights the pillow did not even hold its shape.. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED when I went to return it I was not only charged for shipping TO me... I was also charged the shipping BACK to them - for a total of $23.77. I find it interesting that I paid only $9.00 to ship it back and the shipping to me was approximately $15.00. I would suggest buying your pillows from an actual store so you know what you are getting.”

“I really wanted to have a great experience with My Pillow. Unfortunately, my experience has been awful. I placed an order on December 27th and, today, January 22nd, the order has still not even shipped. When I called to cancel my order, they said they could not because shipping label was created on January 17th and they would be shipping out within 8-10 days. Please tell me why a company can't cancel an order when it won't ship for another 4-7 days? After reading some other reviews, I am convinced that this company is run very poorly. What a scam!”

“These pillows are the most uncomfortable and uneven pillows. I'm bummed. They are filled with small cubes of foam that are incredibly uncomfortable and you will have to fluff the pillow all night tossing and turning. Im trying to return and you are responsible for all fees for shipping, and Im still waiting for a response from customer service to find out how I even return. They make it a secret on their website so you have to really jump through hoops to even start the return process. Dont buy from this company!!! I wish I had read reviews before I purchased.”
