“Purchased 6 pillows. Fortunetly only opened one. Very thin cheap fabrics filled with about half the required amount of chopped foam. This is easily the worse product I have ever bought!”

“I purchased two seets of sheets. Both sets had top sheets are were too small and two bottom sheets that were too big. I would not buy again or recommend.”

“I have purchased several My Pillows in the past and was very pleased. I have traveled with them all over the country because I am never pleased with hotel pillows. I recently purchased two new pillows and was very disappointed. The filling didn’t even fill half of the cover. I am surprised that the quality has diminished to this extent. I will not be purchasing anymore more this company.”

“I was excited to receive a MyPillow, body pillow, for Christmas. It was TOO big (I am 5' and it was almost as tall as me) - it was like having another person in the bed and SUPER lumpy. After sleeping on it two nights the pillow did not even hold its shape.. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED when I went to return it I was not only charged for shipping TO me... I was also charged the shipping BACK to them - for a total of $23.77. I find it interesting that I paid only $9.00 to ship it back and the shipping to me was approximately $15.00. I would suggest buying your pillows from an actual store so you know what you are getting.”

“I really wanted to have a great experience with My Pillow. Unfortunately, my experience has been awful. I placed an order on December 27th and, today, January 22nd, the order has still not even shipped. When I called to cancel my order, they said they could not because shipping label was created on January 17th and they would be shipping out within 8-10 days. Please tell me why a company can't cancel an order when it won't ship for another 4-7 days? After reading some other reviews, I am convinced that this company is run very poorly. What a scam!”

“These pillows are the most uncomfortable and uneven pillows. I'm bummed. They are filled with small cubes of foam that are incredibly uncomfortable and you will have to fluff the pillow all night tossing and turning. Im trying to return and you are responsible for all fees for shipping, and Im still waiting for a response from customer service to find out how I even return. They make it a secret on their website so you have to really jump through hoops to even start the return process. Dont buy from this company!!! I wish I had read reviews before I purchased.”

“Had My Pillows from about 10 years ago and loved them. Just ordered new ones and they're horrible!!! Cheaply made, not stitched the same way and flat! Dryer fluffing does not help. Slow shipping also. Learned my lesson the hard way. Beware!”

“I bought a couple standard my pillows a while back and LOVED them recently I saw them on sale and purchased 2 more They were HORRIBLE! NO STUFFING 👎You put them on sale half price with half the stuffing SHAME on you !”

“I bought pillows years ago and they were great now i got three pillows and there flat and lumpy i put in dryer like they said it puffed up and went back flat i have no time to fight for them to make it right so ill suck it up and take the loss but i always bragged on him sad to say his products suck i recommand dont buy his pillows its a scam and lump flat pillow please listen and dont waste ur money tks for understanding my review”

“I purchased the body pillow and when i received it the pillow breaks in half, like two regular pillows in one pillow case. I reached out to the company and was told they could fill the pillow with more stuffing and to return the body pillow. Did that and the same issue happens with these so called fuller pillows. The lady at my pillow said they can’t control the stuffing in the pillows. So, then why have me retune for the same pillow if there ALL the same fill? Don’t waste your time or miney, these pillows and body pillows are all the same, your head ends up flat and the body pillow is like using two pillows… they suck and so does the customer service!!!!”

“What a JOKE!! If I could put a zero I would, the pillows are worthless and when I inquired about returning them, was told I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING THEM BACK. Don't buy them, go to JCPenney or even Walmart”
