“So far, I’m very impressed with the My Pillow Giza sheets. Usually when I put sheets on my bed, I wake up the next morning, and my sheets are off the bed not to mention they’re really comfortable. I have a queen size bed so the cost of the sheets was around $90 on sale, but it was worth every penny”

“It’s feels cheap and lumpy as if it is just a bunch of leftover memory foam cut up from other projects. The king size pillows do not fit king sized pillowcases properly. It does not help my husbands snoring whatsoever, and he still wakes up a couple times a night. I will not buy a Mypillow again.”

“These Pillows are really CHEAP. Take forever to ship n receive. Doesn't keep it's shape. CS agents don't even bring up the warranty which is suppose 2 b 10 year. If you want continued neck problems this is YOUR PILLOW!!! Total waste of money!!! You have to pay shipping to return for an inferior product!!!”

“Bought a couple. Hated them. I put them on the couch for tv watching. They needed washing so, I took them to the laundry mat. Washed them in a front load washer. OMG. One opened up. Plain old yellow filling. Patented filling, my butt. What a mess.”

“I’ve had the pillows for 2 years now. No real issues. They fluff up easy. Not an issue to me. However my issue is: I ordered the 3 inch mattress topper on 12/25. They said 10-14 day delivery. After 14 days I called and was told the things are back ordered and no telling when they will be available. They never reached out to me to let me know there was a delay in delivery. They also do not post a tracking number or method. One has to call them. No good business does that to their customers.”

“I purchased two king size pillows during a “sale”. These pillows are horrible! I knew I was in trouble from the moment I unpacked them. They are lumpy , lack filling, and made our necks hurt. Don’t waste your money !”

“I ordered 4 of them when they were on sale thinking I would give them as Christmas gifts. They arrived in a timely manner but I was really disappointed to see that all they are is shredded foam. They come rolled up so tightly that when you open them they are flat as a pancake. You have to “fluff” them up in your dryer. (Not every one has a dryer!) After “fluffing” one I tried it that night and woke up after 4 hours with such a sore neck and shoulders that I had to take some pain relief. I packed them all up the next day and sent them back. It was an easy process, shipping was free and my credit card was reimbursed quickly. The pillows are worthless but I have a mattress topper and towels that I am satisfied with.”

“Ruth Ann ….I can’t say enough about the excellent service I received a month ago. My mattress pillow top is the best thing I have slept on. It is so comfortable and it has made all the difference in my nights sleep. I enjoyed listening to Amazing Grace and appreciate the kind words from Mike the owner. More of us need to accept His Amazing Grace personally. Thankyou for your excellent service. All the way from Ontario.”

“These pillows are of the poorest quality. They’re good for sleeping on for about a month, then the interior part of the pillow just crumbles and it’s like sleeping out a bunch of balls. These are definitely not worth the money and not worth the hype! Also, and they do not stand behind their warranty. They want you to send them back a 10 bucks a pop. You can go out and buy a good pillow for $10 at a good sale at Macy’s or another fine department store. Don’t waste your money!”

“I purchased a body pillow from the company MyPillow based on the description and the satisfaction guarantee. Turns out it's not really a pillow; it is a cloth bag with loose particles that move around. My wife has emailed several times about the problem. They were supposed to send a RMA label, but have not. We've repeatedly asked for a refund or an actual pillow. They're tactic now is to just ignore us.”

“Poor quality Lumpy flat .. customer service could NOT be more rude and ON HOLD while they are """ playing " amazing Grace ' "and he shows up on TV with a Cross ???Yet they take our monies and this is horrible ALL advertised ON FOX and Newsmax. Hard core . .do NOT care... This is the worst experience .. I wil return... something about putting them in the Dryer for 15 minutes to PUFF them UP. what the HELL is in these things I see light blue material under the white Are they TOXIC... he should have stayed with pillows .. quality .. adn again The customer services is so very rude as are Sales. I called the MAIN number .. told her as she asked me " what wonderful product of our are you calling about " I said Well. not exactly wonderful These pillows are lumpy cheaply made adn I do not know what to do SHE snapped at ME " I am in sales I don't deal with this. .. " but could you just .. .and with that PUT ME ON HOLD for MORE Amazing GRACE Christian Music. and then customer service could not wait to get off the pHONE. HOW dare they Play a song of our Lord. GOD. YES God the HOME of the Brave and treat people with poor quality .. cheap pillows. I do not have the money for this. i believed this NONSENSE from this Man. .. and HIS Cross around his neck. but never again AND MY PILLOW DO NOT ever AGAIN reference OUR GOD and LIE and provide rude hostile service and POOR quality pillows. . DO NOT reference GOD ever again. how dare you”

“Order several items and paid for expedited shipping...2 to 5 business days. Was not shipped for a full 5 days....tried to call customer service to get a refund for expedited shipping and after following prompts for customer service, waited for 2 hours without anyone answering the phone. Because frustrated, called back...press the button for sales...was answered in 30 seconds....explained my situation and was hung up without any explanation....called back...did the same thing....same 20 or 30 seconds....asked for a manager.....was told to hold....a few seconds later was hung up on before anyone came to the phone. Called back yet again....the exact same thing happened. This place is as crooked as a Louisiana Politician....Beware....there is no such thing as customer service there....”

“These pillows used to be great I've been using them for over 10 years but something changed with my past order.. they're not as filled as they used to be even though I ordered medium fill and they go flat very quickly.. it stinks because I really love my pillow! They're just not making them like they used to”

“For the price I would think that it would have more stuff inside the pillow. Very lumpy and goes flat after 15 mins in bed. For what you charge for them is totally insane! Seems like your ripping off people with them. Sad to think that there are people out there that don't give a rats butt about what they do and who they screws over. If you are thinking about buying one you would be better to go to the thrift stores just to find any pillow. Better value.”

“After 2 or 3 days of laying my head on this pillow I started getting severe back pains and neck pains... I finally had to go back to my old pillows to get rid of the pain... I bought the queen size and they are a joke they're about the size of a regular small pillow.... I like Mike but he ought to be embarrassed to promote these products on TV...”

“I was always happy with the pillows until the last order arrived. I ordered extra fill and did everything correctly when they arrived. After sleeping on them one night they were flatter than a pancake. The old ones I have are actually better. Very unhappy with them and will never order again.”

“I’ve been sleeping on my pillow for about two years and I consistently started getting a neck ache and a shoulder ache and I wasn’t connecting the fact that this pillow may be causing that. So I spent some time at my daughters house about a month and I slept on her normal pillow that she got from Amazon and it was so comfortable And I noticed my neck pain went away not completely but really a lot less so when I got home from Virginia. I switched to a regular pillow and tossed out the my pillow and now this morning my neck feels better, so thank you my pillow for giving me a neck ache and a shoulder ache for two years. I’ve never recommend these pillows .”

“Love the pillows!! The problema is… if you want your My Pillow stuff by Christmas you better order by July!! I guess they make it when they receive your order and then it probably ships by USPS and we all know how that turns out!! Ugh”
