“Using the website of My Showplates was really easy. It gave me a chance to play about with different fonts and stles, and preview what the plate would look like before i ordered. The plate arrived quickly and well packed, and we are very pleased with the look of it.”

“I thought the whole site navigation was good, clear and easy to go round. The payment method and actual turn around from ordering on line to delivery was excellent. However, what I didn't like was the actual font used (ELSTON) in relation to my order (I believed I ordered Showplate 6 as demonstrated on screen) but when the actual plates arrived they looked nothing like what I ordered. Forwhatever reason, a different font was used (ELSTON). Please forward me a copy of my actual order as I do not believe the plate you sent was correct. Apart from that everything else was first class. Best regards George Rycroft Order ID: 252731”

We don't interfere with an order and how you design online is exactly as you receive it, in the package you would have had a copy of your order showing Elston font.
