“DO NOT USE - PRINTED MINE WRONG AFTER DETAILED EMAIL AND VISUALS SHOWING HOW I WANTED IT. WILL ONLY OFFER ANOTHER PLATE HALF PRICE SO I’D END UP PAYING £50 A NUMBER PLATE. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH OTHER COMPANIES”

“Be advised this seller uses the dull white background as opposed to, for example, the acrylic Nikkalite highly reflective background that you may expect, especially when they're named 'show plates'. Also the BS font size is less than discreet. As a motor trader I don't think they live upto their name or deserve the showroom and therefore will not be fitted to any of our cars. Sellers reply: 'our white is fully compliant with all DVLA regulations and industry standards'.”

“The plate split when I drilled a hole to put in a self tapper Had to go to Halfords to get one made up as I was going away When I told myshowplates they asked for pictures Miss trust I think the plates are poor Quality so thin towards the 1 I had mad Be Aware”

“Website wasn't clear, so my plates arrived and weren't legal. Having clicked the option for 'number plates' I just expected it to put the number plate in the correct format with the right spacing. Customer service didn't want to know at all. They even had a pre-written template response for this exact issue, which suggests it happens quite often. Poor service. In the end I took my business elsewhere - to a company who's number plate generators automatically put the correct spacing in. They could have helped fix the issue, but they didn't and lost a customer forever. Given the cost of producing the plates, I can't see how this could make sense to them. Oh well.”

“Cheap, tacky plates which are basically a sticker on a black abs plastic background. No where on site does it give you option to buy decent acrylic plates as you would expect you are buying. Paid over £40 for plates that are useless, because apparently I was supposed to email them to say I wanted acrylic plates. Would have to pay another £20 to get plates I wanted/expected. Personally I'd go elsewhere for your plates if a car enthusiast like me.”

“After sales communication is rubbish! Still owe me either the number plate or refund which is now over a year since I’ve been chasing! No one bothers to reply but when you want to make a “purchase” they are they at your service once paid they don’t want to know!!!!!”

“You sent me the incorrect order and when I contacted you about this, you refused to acknowledge any fault. I had to resort to reporting this to my bank in order to get a refund. Very poor service - I will never use your company again!!!!”

“I recieved my plates and they do not show the manufacturers details on them or the BS standards. I have been told that to use them is an offence and I could be prosecuted.”

“Totally unhelpful customer service, they say the system is automated but send out poor quality plates with mistakes on and have no refund policy... AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE...”

Hi Dean, The plates are designed online by you, its no different to ordering a birthday card on line and spelling a name rong, We cannot ring every customer to ensure they have entered their correct reg. Customers would get annoyed hassling them and we would be extremely busy calling everyone. We are happy to offer you free shipping on your next order but we cannot just replace number plates as you entered your reg wrong. We would be out of business within weeks if we replaced everything for free. All the best and Happy Motoring Mike

“Everything thing I ordered number plates to go on my car including a fixing kit. When they arrived the numerals were too small to legally go on the car. I phoned up only to be told it was my fault. No offer was made to put things right”

Dear Peter, Thanks for your review. Yes you are correct it was your fault, the fact that you wanted 11 spaces in your registration to make a name, it is impossible to have so many spaces and remain the same letter height. We would offer you a discount on another order if you had less spaces in. The plate is of a standard legal size and if you put spaces in it reduces the character height on screen and shows it being smaller. You received what you ordered. I apologies that you feel this is our fault and I am happy to come to some agreement if you wish. Many Thanks Mike

Hi Sam, Thanks for the review, I am really surprised to hear this as we use a product that is from the main supplier of number plates in the UK. Quality is our biggest part, I was dissapointed to see you havent reviewed the service or packaging or time of delivery from order and also it being recorded signed for to prevent anyone else getting your plates and putting them on their car as other suppliers tend to not do recorded delivery as its a big cost involved but we want to ensure the owner of that receives it. We never received a complaint about the product not being great which is a shame as we love customer feedback this only increases our pride to meet expectations. Again apologies you were not happy and I hope this doesn't affect you using us again or discussing future products being released from manufacturers to meet your expectations. Kind regards Mike

“The design was wrong, photographs were sent showing the fault of the layout. I sent several emails and had lame responses, so I sent back the plate and still have not received a refund or replacement. Now July 2017 and the plate sent back to the return address on the envelope it arrived in on 15th March 2017. Currently taking action with the credit card company to recover my money.”
