“After at least a dozen previous purchases and having recommended them on multiple occasions they have refused to accept any responsibility for an error. They will not engage in conversation and insist on email-only responses. They also refuse to accept that their system is anything other than flawless - which it clearly is not! All they have offered me is free postage for a second order. This is a very poor way to treat a previously loyal customer and I am hugely disappointed.”

“My order was 465041 placed on Sunday 7th, I telephoned on Wednesday to find out where the were and was told they were posted on Monday. Arrived Friday with 1st class postage and tracking which I didnt pay for. I telephoned today (Friday 12th April) and the woman who answered could not have cared less. Not the response I expected, no apology just apathy. So, why lie about when they were posted in the first place, just be honest and put it right. Pity as I was waiting for them. Guys, you need to improve the customer experience, everyone makes mistakes just own up to it!”

“An absolute joke , be careful with these people . Take your money , promise the goods and then when they dont arrive you ask for a refund they ignore you , strange how they respond on the first email saying “give them a little more time” and say to give it 15 days before requesting a refund, yeah thats just it , you ask for a refund and they ignore you ... worst service ever and utter theives so you have all been warned . THEY STEAL FROM YOU , SIMPLE AS”

“Be very careful if you use this supplier. They made a pair of standard plates for me which were totally illegal. The car failed its MOT because there was no gap between the letters and numbers. The garage had to change the new plates to get it through the test. When I contacted them about this they would not accept any responsibility whatsoever and would not refund my money. I had to bin them. I definitely would not recommend this company. £25 completely wasted.”

“Bought plates from my showplates.i had added my name to the bottom of the plates and immediately checked dvla website and found d out they would be illegal. I phoned the company straight away to ask them to remove my name as it is illegal. They said they already printed and would do anything g about it.i explained they where illegal. So it has cost me fifty pounds for a set of plates £25 for illegal plates then another £ 25 for legal plates. Womt ever use this company again customer service is a JOKE.”

“Please look at the photo and decide yourself if this is quality is acceptable. I contacted Myshowplates Ltd, and after the second email they told me they cant see anything wrong with putting this on my brand new car. Wasted my money!!!!! Dont waste yours”

“Ordered 2 number plates with carbon fibre backing frames, the number plates arrived however the carbon frames were not included, even though all was paid for upfront. Left a message on their system - no response Emailed them a few days later - no response Again phoned another day, was told the frames are out of stock and they will refund the money. Very poor way to run a business! Will not use again.”

“i have used this company on a few occasions over the years and they have been ok, good quality plates. But now they are just supplying poor quality ABS plates which look really tacky. i did tell them i wasn't happy as i had had communication regarding this style of plate before...........but never had a reply !”

“In pandering to people that like to "play" with their registration plates and insert spaces where they ought not to be, they hide behind their T&Cs and FAQs to excuse their own lack of professionalism! Within the front page of their ordering system, they do not warn customers about the legal requirement for a space between the last number and the first of the three letters; as I discovered to my cost, this causes an MOT failure!!!”

“Had 2 bike plates the borders were not central and contacted the company who said it was acceptable.I have never had plates as bad so USE A COMPANY WHO HAS PRIDE IN THEIR WORK,............NOT THIS ONE..........”
