Post office never delivered my numberplate. MYSHOWPLATES still refuse to refund me even though i've purchased over 30 plates from them, more reviews will be going onto social media , trustpilot and site jabber because of the way this has been handled, for the sake of £20 and good will MYSHOWPLATES have been totally unhelpful. POOR SERVICE.

Sent me the wrong plates and asked me to send them back. I sent them back and they refused to refund my money. I lost out on the order total plus return postage. Avoid as they do not admit to their mistakes.

Ordered the plate on 19th. April 2017, paid for first class post, it hasn't arrived, have sent two e-mails and had no reply, on Friday 28th. April got a message to say order dispatched, still not arrived. Have ordered Sid plate from another supplier since and had it delivered in two days. I guess showplaces are £18:00 better off but they won't be getting any more from me!

Ordered front and back separately and both were 2 different sizes. Upon complaint, I was advised they cannot help!!

I received a non legal plate from Myshowplates, without the correct spacing and received NO warning on the website whilst ordering. If they are charging you for an illegal plate a clear warning should be given, as other websites do. When this was pointed out to the company they offered no help whatsoever.

Bought two plates, both turned up quick enough, however the GB logo on one had been cut out and stuck on badly and they managed to miss a letter out of the rear number plate. I would have thought if they did one then maybe they would have looked at the second. After informing them of this, I was told a new one would be sent out. Nearly two weeks later I received a replacement and again, same mistakes. Asked for a refund after having to go elsewhere and have just been told that because they are custom because of the letters then there are no refunds. So basically no refund policy if they are wrong or below par! Very rude on the phone, bad customer service and I've been told there's nothing they will do and I won't be getting a refund. Really poor. Lesson for the day, buy cheap, buy twice!!

Thank for your review, as we mentioned you missed out the letter from your order. We even emailed you a copy of your order. There is nothing wrong with the badges, this was your excuse to get the number plates replaced as you noticed that you where missing a letter. We produce over 500 plates a week with very little problems. Please don't forget you also told one of our staff to F***koff over the phone. Regards

What is shown on their site is not the same as I received. Rude and stubborn customer service wouldn't rectify the problem. There are so many people selling plates out there, just chose another company with decent customer service who supply you what you're expecting.

Great plates when they arrive as they should. Terrible and RUDE customer service. They blame the problems on you, refuse to deal with you over the phone, and will only talk by email.

Hi I am glad you like your plates. As explained on the phone and via email we did not receive your email explaining that you would like some changes. Strangely enough we did receive a email from you 3 days later which did arrive in our inbox after you received the plates and you where not happy with the colour of the badge. Kind Regards

The first rear plate they sent was the wrong size; their fault, not mine, and they refused to fix it or refund my money. The second plate they sent out didn't have the legal details on it and made no distinction on the website that it wasn't a legal plate for my vehicle. I requested a refund and replacement and was refused again. 3rd times a charm but not with this company ever again

Hi Thank you for your order. We supplied you with a 13x6.5 plate as per your order. As per the legal details you ordered a black and silver plate which do not come with BS details and this is visible on the plate builder that there are no legal details. The items are bespoke and we can there fore not offer a refund. We also state what should be on a plate on our Q&As section. Kind Regards

The plates ordered were completely different design to what I had previously ordered. Nothing on the website explained that the plate itself was different to before. Upon calling I was basically told tough, that's the design (by Luke). After this I was told that I should take pictures of the current design to the previous design and email the customer support address. This I did to them be told again, sorry that's what it is. Crap service and very disappointed the product is different to before.

Hi Steve, These are 2 totally different products, you have a honeycombe which you selected before and a standard plate. I am not being funny but if you order a kfc and a chicken drumstick from a restaurant they are totally different. 1 has batter and breadcrumbs the other doesnt! Apologies but you didnt order the same as last time Mike

I ordered the plates a week before my wife's birthday as a present. After 10 days and my wife's birthday passing the plates never turned up. I contacted my show plates to see what had happened to my parcel and to request a refund due to the length of time it had taken, they informed me that they would investigate and get to the bottom if it. Unfortunately they were unable to provide any answers and told me I had to wait for 15 days as Royal Mail classes an item as lost if not delivered within 15 days. It has now been 6 weeks and any correspondence back from my show plates has stopped. I have spoken to both Chris and Luke previously who just seem to give a "lip service" and not actually listen to what the customer wants (proof of this is that they recorded my plates to be sent out again after requesting a refund, which to me shows that they accept liability). My advise. Don't look at saving £10 online, just go to Halfords pay the extra and get them whilst you wait. This company is beyond a joke. Plus I'm still waiting for my refund

I emailed my requirements to them & they told me what to order when the plates arrived they were wrong & when I complained they just said that's what you ordered & that what I had requested was not legal (uk/eu flag) so I emailed the PDF number plate leaflet & a copy of guv.uk website with no response do not buy plates of them( I have burned the plates as a result)

Film of plate pealing, when I informed them they blamed myself. Sent plates back a week ago and no notification or refund yet, I'll will need to chase them about this. Very poor service
