“The plate was of a very poor quality, which I returned asking for a refund, but never received. Would not recommend this company to anyone, not even if I disliked them.”

“Very unhappy that I was not informed about the need to provide documentary evidence of ownership until AFTER payment. Purchasing rear plates for trailer - for myself and my partner. Unable to access documents for the second vehicle easily so would not have bought if it had been CLEARLY stated at the start of the process that this would be a mandatory requirement Sent emails about this - generic reply and no attempt to address issues I would not use this service again!!”

“Complete conmen, do not offer show plates and use this to trick you out of money. Do not use them and do not pay for anything, people like this give the Internet a bad name stay well clear !'”

“initially received one front plate, when f&r ordered, no phone number so sent e mail, responds following day, apologised, blamed software and agreed to send plate, sent another front plate, e mailed again,requesting rear plate. No reply and no plate, used alternative source.”

“I don't now why they keep contacting me, I've NEVER bought anything of them. Someone of the same name, but NOT from Derbyshire has obviously bought plates from you, but it is DEFINITELY NOT ME, and you have DEFINITELY NOT just spoken to me”

“Plates arrived quickly, looked fine but when correctly drilled the backing came away. Company refused to replace and were very unhelpful. The 'fitting kit' does not fit my car. No mention of this on their site. Will not use again.”

Shouldnt you be emailing us to ask for a tracker, Turns out that you were not at home when the postman tried to deliver. Common sense would be to contact us to investigate and not just leave a bad review!

“Was instructed to enter the reg number then email any alterations which I did, the plates arrived totally standard, complete waste of money! !why don't you supply a phone number so people can actually talk to each other avoiding mistakes.”

“Very disappointed as it took countless emails and unanswered phone call to complain about non delivery when promised in a few days after approx 3 weeks I asked for refund the next day it arrived excuses where a postal dispute which according Post office they didn't have one I would not use you again.”

“not happy with it at all, It said that the plate I bought conforms with law and policies and is legal but upon putting this on my vehicle my car failed MOT and found they aren't legal, SERIOUSLY WHAT IS THE POINT!!?? if they aren't legally allowed on the car why waste money on them. poor customer service NEVER AGAIN”
