“The Stake pocket D ring assembly worked well to tie down a small John Deere 2 series tractor and box blade on a 18 foot equipment trailer. The only issue to decrease the review to 4 stars was the poor packaging. The box was totally crushed and ripped open. One of the hitch pins and clips was dislocated from the assembly and the clip pin was missing. The hitch pin was hanging out and I was lucky it was not also missing. I would highly recommend using a more substantial packing box and more packing inside the box to keep the items from moving around damaging the box. The hitch pin and clip can be sharp and it might be better to package them seperately in the box and not assembled in the D Ring bracket.”

“Okay I said I would come back and update my review once I got the product. I got it today exactly as promised. it was so easy to install I thought I was putting it on wrong. price, quality, workmanship, parts all perfect. I would recommend this company over and over again. my previous review is named Danno.”

“The Tarp that I ordered and eventually received is of a very nice quality. I can't fault Mytee Products Company on that issue, however I am very disappointed on the "handling and shipping" part of this company. First, I ordered the canvas tarp item on Sept 1, 2020. Nine days later, Sept 10, 2020, the item was picked up by FedEx and was delivered to my door on Sept 13, 2020. It is my opinion, that Mytee Products Company failed to process my order in a timely manner! Additionally, it took two separate phone calls (one on Sept 9, 2020 and another on Sept 10, 2020) to their Customer Service Representatives before I got any action on this order what so ever. Poor service at best. Will not recommend.”

Steven you are absolutely correct. We dropped the ball on your order. We made a mistake within our warehouse and did not ship out the order in a timely fashion. Sorry to let you down. As a small business we have had to face numerous staffing challenges with the current state of affairs. However, that is no excuse for the delay. We take such issues quite seriously and are always trying to delight our customers. We will refund your shipping charges to your credit card in order to compensate you a little bit for our error. “Wow what can I say...I shopped around for the straps that I needed and I was floored by the big truck stops prices around me so I searched on line and found Mytee. I purchased the three straps from Mytee at the cost of one at my local truck stops. Think about it. Buy one get two free !!! That's totally unheard of in today's world. This is no BS man. What a great place to shop. I'm in all the way.”
