We tried reaching out to you several times that the item was out of stock and wanted to offer a different product. We didn't hear back from you so we ended up issuing a refund to you. Im sorry if you were not getting our messages.

We are a little confused. We didn't charge you anything extra and we show your package delivered on time. If you are having trouble please give us a call. I don't see anything going wrong with your order.
