“Three of the four binders worked fine. One had issues with the threads not screwing out easily. I had to put it in a vice and use a wrench to turn the ends out and in. Have someone check them before shipping. I'm hoping it will turn easier the next time I use it.”

“I was satisfied with the product, but I was really happy with how the Customer Service Representative helped me. I didn't get her name but she was super helpful and friendly. If I need to order again, I will!”
