“The canvas tarp we ordered originally was too big so we had to return and re-order. No problem with the return and received the smaller tarp a few days later. The quality of the material and the stitching is great. The grommets look fine too.”

“I found a unique item on Mytee’a site, bars for wardrobe moving boxes. The wrong size was sent to me(24” vs 18”). Thankfully, customer service sent me the correct size within a day and sent me a pre paid label to ship the incorrect order back to their warehouse.”

“Unfortunately I don't know how Mytee products work since they can't take a prepaid credit card. I don't buy a ton of things online but when I do I like to keep my information safe so I use prepaid cards oh, I would expect businesses to respect that and be able to take my prepaid credit card so it's baffling that they don't or even that a credit card processing system won't take it either. Disappointed.”
