“The product,3/4 inch seal for our motorcycle trailer arrived and it has been installed and will be testedthis summer as our trip NC to TX, NM,AZ, OK, MI,KY,TN and back home. As for recommending Mytee to any one, I probley will. But I will tell them the story of oredring the product and being told on different days tht it was on the when it ws ordered, located, shipping put on a trailler, parked the truck and/trailer on the back lot, no one noticed for almost two weeks and you were wondering why coustomers were getting up set. Once the truck was identifed and things started moving, I received my Item in 4 days. Boo Boos do happen and for that you should all go to Dairy Queen and get a BLIZZARD.”

“Shipping was fast and product looks good but the flex pins were missing Thats come with backhoe teeth I purchased. It’s memorial day and I contacted customer support with problem and order # so we will see how they handle it and I’ll get back to you. I’ve used them before and had excellent service!”

“The Tow Dolly Skates rack is very sturdy; however, it did not fit the 2 dfferent set of skates I have. The slots were too narrow for the one set of skates and the angle bend didn't fit the other. It was packaged well however. Update: Mytee has contacted me and gave me a good-faith refund. The customer service was excellent! and I will be looking into purchasing more products from them. Thank you, Mytee!!!”

“While I was placing an order I was asked to choose a delivery method. I chose a 3-5 day delivery option. The products should up 10 days later. About the 8th day, I called Mytee’s customer service line. I was told the 3-5 day delivery option was only a suggestion not a promise. Okay. If it was listed as a 3/5 day suggestion, I would have chose a different shipping option. Good to know. I’ll remember that when I need something delivered in a timely manner. In fact I’ll see if your competitor can deliver on time. Just a suggestion, really?”

“First time I've used Mytee Products, it was a big order, but did my homework first and knew it was legit. Glad I a came across this company. They offer $5.00 for a review, but I do not want it, nor would I cash the check. I got my moneys worth, and appreciate the quality product this company offers. Another surprise was how fast I got this. From Ohio to TX in just a few days, IIRC, only 4 or 5 days. Was not expecting to fill such a large order so quick.”

“Before my purchase I started a text message to ask why some bungees had free shipping and some not, both sets were the same products 21 and 15 inch, and the one with free shipping cost more, I showed screen shots to the text person and got no where, they could not explain the reason. I wound up getting two lumber tarps, 100 bungees that did not have free shipping and it cost less doing it that way. I tried to show the issue via email as well and had no response.”

The reason some bungee options showed free shipping while others did not is because certain bundled or pack-item listings are priced to include the shipping cost within the item price itself. As a result, those products may appear more expensive upfront but qualify for free shipping. Other listings may have a lower item price initially, but shipping charges are calculated separately during checkout. In some cases, as you noticed, purchasing multiple items together can result in a lower combined overall cost depending on how the shipping system calculates the order. “The heavy duty vinyl has exceeded our expectations. Survived 2 brutal winters of -20 degree weather and 70 mph winds. Our veranda furniture, rug and even the tv were kept safe and dry.”
