When I received my order of six galvanized, stake pocket, "D" rings the order was incorrect. Mistakes happen. I called Mytee and asked for customer service. My experience with Brittany, in customer service could not possibly have been better. She was obviously part of the company and knew the product completely. She communicated clearly and was easy to understand. In a very short time I had a return shipping lable to print, clear instructions on how to handle the return, and in just a few days my replacement parts arrived exactly as ordered. This was by far my best customer service encounter ever! I will be purchasing from Mytee Products again soon.

Not the first time I’ve purchased tarps for my barn and definitely won’t be my last!! Great quality and a fair price! Tracking was not up to par but showed up in a timely manner boxed nicely and ready to be installed! Would recommend to everyone!

Product is awesome but delivery I’m very disappointed with I watched as delivery driver just threw my order right out the truck broke the box it was in very poor delivery

I have a 2015 W900 and I needed some great floor mats because I’m kinda messy in the Driver seat some days,from coffee to snacks and various other items that drops out of my hands during my daily commute, I found the perfect set of floor mats my regret is I didn’t order the middle section for in between the seat area, order it guys ok.
