“You guys and your product are great but fedex delivery was not good they brought a box in that was water damaged that was supposed to have 10 2” straps in it and 8 3/8 grab hooks in it it only had 7 straps and 6 hooks so the delivery guy took it back and said his manager was going to get it fixed and new box showed up 3 days later with only 7 straps and 6 hooks I didn’t get pictures of the original box so it’s on me for thinking they were going to make it right I called your customer service and they said to send pictures but like I said I didn’t get them”

“Haven't used them yet. There going to sit for awhile I'm just trying to buy the pieces I need to make my trailer next will be 4- 10' 3/8" grade 100 chain once I get the money saved to do so. But the binders seem well made.”
