“Horrible customer service. Ordered a part and it was taking for ever and then I get a notification that I was getting a refun. There was no communication saying the part is being delayed or anything. Nothing on the site say it was in stock either.”

“I understand that mistakes happen, but my first experience with Mytee Products was less than pleasant. I ordered (3) 25' long trucker chains to be cut up into 2' lengths for a project we were working on. Three boxes of chain meant a shipment with three parts. One of my packages shipped after about a three day delay, but the other two packages were left on the dock. I only found this out when I called to check on the status of the shipment. Since I was already running late because of the initial delay, I had to make a purchase from a competing supplier (who I had used before) and got my product the following day. I will not say that I will let this precent me from purchasing from Mytee Products in the future, but it does prevent me from giving a glowing recommendation.”

“Pipe racks were engineered and manufactured with quality precision. Had a minor issue with the shipping company losing a small piece which Mytee immediately rectified. Glad to do business with them.”

“Thier prices are the best hands down and I've always been happy with my orders until this last one that they asked me to write this review on. I own a moving company in Maine. My guys were flying to Dallas to load a one way rental coming this way. I ordered a 4 wheel dolly, 25 moving straps and 2 ratchet straps as the load included a piano. The order was sent to the customers house days prior to the arrival, to which she received and didn't mention any potential damage to their packaging the days it was in her apartment. My guys got there, opened it up and there were no ratchet straps and only 4 of the 25 regular straps I had ordered. My guys did the best they could to make due. Hours later, I found out the items were missing. The total of the missing product was only around $70. I called them to let them know. As I order things through them a lot like this. They wanted to pass the blame on to fed ex and wanted me to send them pictures of the package to see if there was any damage. Now these items just come all together wrapped in heavy duty shrink wrap, so after opening the wrap there's no real way to get a picture of damaged packaging. Also I'm in Maine, my guys were already loaded and on the road by the time I was able to connect with mytee to let them no. All in all my experience with them has been pretty well, I'm hoping this was a one off. Luckily my customer in Iowa who I sent the exact order to that same day received all of their straps. P.S. I'd love to review the E-track ratchet straps if We had gotten them. Lol”
