“Following my online purchase of 4, 5500lb ratchet straps, I received them at my home only a few days later. They were packed well and plastic wrapped for protection. After transferring them to my semi truck I was dispatched on a flatbed load where I was able to use them for the first time. The metal construction and large manufacturing of the ratchet mechanism worked beyond my expectations and nearly as well as if I had used a bar to tighten them down. My load traversed the U.S. and the securement remained intact the entire trip. I will be purchasing a few more and I wholeheartedly recommend this product, having seen and experienced the quality.”

“Ordered chains and chain rack, box was ripped open during shipment and one of the 10 ft chains was lost in transit. I called customer service and a replacement chain was mailed to me while I was still on phone. The representative gave me the tracking number while we were still on the phone. You can't ask for more than that. Products iv ordered have always been good quality and great customer service.”

“We bought the 4" x 30' blue Mytee flathook straps and 2" x 30' winch straps. The product looks good and works great. My only complaint is waiting at the dock. There's not a lot of room to wait if you are busy. The items I ordered could have been handed over the counter.”
