As a client for several years I never had any complaints. Customer service always responds fast to emails. Refunds correct, and shipment as promised.

Worst ever online shopping experience. My item never arrived and they did nothing about it despite many calls and emails. Completely unprofessional. Don’t waste your time with them, use Net-a-Porter instead.

Ordered some Gucci trainers Ordered some Gucci trainers. myteresa said they were delivered and signed for but not by me as I was away in the date they say they delivered. I’ve sent my boarding pass which show the exact dates of my break away. They stolen my money and I’m a world where there are so many reputable High end shopping sites is never use again. Net-a-Porter, Farfetch, Selfridges to name but a few. They all have same items. Be ware. They’ve taken £530 and basically stolen it despite my proof the delivery man didn’t deliver

I ordered a pair of Gucci espadrilles in a 6.5 i recieved them in about 2 days via. DHL they ran a bit small and exchanged them for a 7. DHL picked them up and i had the size 7 within 5 days. Beautifully packaged and in pristeen condition. I was impressed and truly happy. I dont understand the negative reviews. I was completely satisfied.

DONOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! DONOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I used this website several times and it was every time great. But this time it was different. I ordered 2 burberry wallets and I got only one. I wrote them and ask to send the other one or refund. Oder number is eu11670018 But they do not accept their mistake and they do not take thier responsible. They wrote just that they had shipped both two items. Now I lost 272 euros and no item in Hand. this is my worst experiense ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY TAKE MONEY AND THEY DONT ACCEPT THIER MISTAKE! YOU COULD LOOSE YOUR MONEY!

Horrible customer service. The absolute worst. I would never order from this site again, because of this reason. I had a bad experience with a customer service representative and asked to be transferred to a superior and had an equally bad experience. Shop net a porter instead where the service is always excellent.

I had 2 very unhappy experience with mytheresa, my only 2 purchases from mytheresa, and would never recommend it to anyone. Case 1: I bought a pair of leather shoes - Gucci princetown loafers, and when it arrived it was clearly worn with DEEP CREASES and SCRATCHES on the leather on both shoes. Delivery was quick and no complaints whatsoever in the logistics department. But after paying approximately €60 for local tax (shipped overseas) and DHL processing fee (which i understand is non-refundable), and the uncertainty of getting a brand new pair from mytheresa (and having to pay the tax and processing fee once more!), it just wasn't worth returning it so i had to keep the shoes. Needless to say i feel really CHEATED, having paid so much for a pair of used shoes. In future, I'd rather pay the full price and get it from the retail flagship store, at least I'm getting a fresh new pair!!!!! Case 2: I bought a gucci belt and it came with just the dustbag in a mytheresa box, no gucci box. Why isn't the gucci box included if its an authentic product from a reputable platform like mytheresa??? Disappointed again. These 2 incidents have made me really upset, frustrated, and furious with mytheresa. Conclusion - NO MORE!!!

AWFUL. YSL bag broke after 1 use, within 3 days of receiving it. I have been told it’s ‘not a big deal’ and they won’t refund the item, instead they will repair it and I will have paid full price for a bodged together £800 bag. Disgusting. They are German based and using to their advantage in terms of legal recourse.

Purchased a pair of boots and they charged my credit card, then claimed there was something wrong with the transaction. The boots never arrived, I chased them for over 1 month. Demanded a refund, still they never provided any further detail, so I finally had my credit card dispute the charge. What a nightmare!!! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I live in LA California and learned it the hard way.

To be honest, it's the worst on-line shopping experience I ever have. I bought a pair of sneaker of McQueen Alexander , when I received, I found that the piping of the sneaker under the laces is torn so I asked for the exchange. Before I sent out the shoes, I emailed them to see how many days they need to process as I want to see whether I am able to received before I go oversea. The answer is 2-3 business days. Then I sent back the shoes to them. They received the shoes and sent me the confirmation email. However, after they received the shoes, they did not reply my email at all. I then called the customer service and made a complain. They used "they are currently having big volume of customer returns" as excuse and did not process my order. After 5 days, I still did not get any progress updated from them. As I was hurry and I was afraid I cant get the parcel before I went oversea, during the time, I called few times and emailed them twice to explain my situation and asked them whether they could process my order faster, still no reply!!!! Another week, I decided to call for the last time, the customer service person told me the system showed my order was blocked for unknown reason so that no one would process it!!!! Just wondering why they blocked my order for no reason disregard my urgent situation! Is it because of the complain phone call make for the beginning, so they decided to punish me in that way? ? I am very confusing, why customer service would be so unprofessional. And no one tell me my order have been blocked even so many phone call I made before. So, it wasted me about two weeks to get the shoes delivered to me and I had have to change my delivery address to my friend's to make sure the shoes would not send back. I am so disappointed and it could be my and my friends' last time to shop here.

Pathetic, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Should something go wrong, they will make you wait 4 WEEKS only to come back and tell you there is nothing they can do. Save your money and buy from a reputable retailer.

This is the worse experience I've had, shopping on line. I bought a T-shirt and the shipping was $25. I am never home and no neighbors around waiting for my packages. They refuse to let DHL drop the package at my door. Safe, gated community. always get my packages. I told them I'd take responsibility, but no, not their policy. DHL turned out to be extremely ineffective as well, I tried to get another day delivery, scheduled it, they confirmed. Then I took the time off for nothing, AS THE PACKAGE WAS ALREDY SENT BACK. Additionally, My Theresa is going to charge me the $25 shipping, when DHL said that there would be no charge! NO MONAY BACK YET. MAY HAVE TO FILE A CLAIM WITH PAY PAL! DO NOT SHOP HERE.

WASNT CERTAIN OF MY CORRECT SIZE SO I PHONED AND HAD A VERY HELPFULL PERSON GUIDE ME ,MY STUNNING DRESS WAS ORDERED LAST WEEK IT ARRIVED TODAY I AM OVER THE MOON IT WAS PACKED IN A BEAUTIFUL BOX. THE DRESS IS AMAZING QUALITY AND STUNNING

When I received my package the box was totally destroyed so I had to return with my own shipping box. I've used the gift card which was $100.00 and the product I ordered didn't fit. I returned it the day I got the shipment ($126.00 total). I had paid for the order with my gift card and the shipping was charged to my credit card. I received a refund with $75.00 on a gift card and $26.00 onto my credit card (keep in mind they don't refund shipping). So, you might wonder what the heck those refund amounts were for... I have NO IDEA. All I've gotten out of them is that they basically split up the total of the product onto my gift card and my credit card. One refund in the amount of the shipping costs and one random-ass amount of $75.00. This took about 10 emails for them to clear-up and it is still unclear as to why they managed the refund this way... This is so annoying and the customer service is SO UNORGANIZED. I do NOT recommend shopping with this company at ALL COSTS. It is a total headache.

worst and terrible return experience ever ! refuse to return my refund via paypal. I just need a refund via paypal but they completely ignored my emails keep sending me a credit note whic I don't need I've also raised a case with paypal hopefully I can get my money back Contacted my bank told me to wait if still no refund they will do a chargeback for me

I have ordered a Givenchy medium and I sent an email after 5 days of purchase as I have not received any tracking ID since the day of purchase. However I received an email which they need my 6 digits bank security code for their payment verification as I have used a credit card to purchase on their website which I am never use it on their website before. After provide the 6 digits security code ( which will invalid during the purchase so I think it’s ok to reveal for them as they told me if I do not provide for verification and it won’t goes to shipment. ) , but then I call to my bank to clarify whether it is secured to provide a ‘invalid’ code which the code only valid during the payment which will received like an OTP through message. Later then I sent an email in regards of my question to Mytheresa hope that they could help on the doubts which it is secured under data protection ( which is simple question and not sarcastic kind) However then in the late evening on the same day after the second email that I replied to them, I have received an email which said that my order has been cancelled by them but due to verification has failed. I called up the customer care and brought up my doubt which how does the verification could failed which the code is provided by the bank ? So she replied I can always call up the bank and ask because they have already cancelled my order and she can see I have sent email to ask about the code. It is kind disappointed which I have patiently waited for at least the 6 day from the purchase. In conclusion, I asked whether is it my fault to reveal the code and is my bank’s fault to provide a valid code but caused their verification failed so that I could not purchase. Anyway , although it is a bad experience which my order had been cancelled but it is not due to out of stock. It is because they could not answer the question and they don’t want it too. I have not encountered which I am always purchase everything through online. If I could have purchase from online I would not wanted to go for shopping trip. But sad to say so, in a logic sense, I am disappointed with the reason from there. I am also regret which i did recommended my surrounding people may go through mytheresa to purchase their goods. Hence, Thanks for having me to have this experience with mytheresa. I would not purchase since they are having worldwide customers which love to buy from them and I can understand they do not need a buyer like me which could brought question to them. I just want to laugh at whatever had happened , which it is my first time experience to encounter this. Thanks guys for letting me have a review here. Just share with my experience.
