“I have been a long time Napoleon customer and get my make up done regularly for years at Napoleon Robina. It’s always on point. The staff are lovely and my make up looks amazing every single time. Kim does my make up and she is so lovely and always does different styles to match the event I’m going too. I could not recommend them highly enough! The best ❤️”

“I'm getting married in 2 weeks, I visited Tuggerah store on Thursday night and a beautiful lady named Bhav assisted me. Although I did not purchase as I wanted to have a think, this lady spent 30 mins with me talking to me about the products I was enquiring about. Despite making it clear I wasn't going to purchase at the beginning, she still spent valuable time to talk to me about what Napoleon sells, why your products are good and even went as far as telling me her favourite ones and why. Someone really genuine, professional, helpful and just kind, happy and beautiful. I had to point out her out as she was amazing. Bhav at Tuggerah - you made my day.”
