“Order received quickly, but there is a minimum order or shipping fee applies. Unfortunate that I can only order online now as all salons close to me have disappeared. Where can I have my make-up done?”

“Online is fine when I want to replace an existing item with the same thing, however it is near impossible to be confident choosing something new from a website and very expensive if it isn't right. Please bring back your shops”

“The service from Swetah was awesome. She was able to colour match well and the make up lasted well all day. I did not have any breakouts either so feel it was very hygenic. I did feel the types of products available were a bit limited but left happy enough. Downside was timing, I arrived on time however Swetah saw me 15min after my appointment booking and my appointment also took 60min instead of 45min. I usually wouldn't mind but I was a little pressed for time and this increased my delay by 30min excluding time to pick products. I feel this could have been mitigated if the store had arranged a second staff member to manage any customers coming in. Swetah was otherwise very kind, and did a wonderful job! I appreciate her taking time to look after me.”

“had the most amazing one on one makeup lesson with Aisha at Macarthur square.she was so sweet and knows so much about the beauty industry. A natural pro and gave me so much great info and product recommendations. The makeup look was absolutely stunning and she talked me through each step beautifully. The products she used on me were amazing and she made a great atmosphere. Will definitely be booking another makeup lesson!!! I can recommend her 100%.”

“Products from Napoleon Perdis are great BUT maybe this needs to be addressed. Under the current restrictions for unvaxxed buyers, it seems unfair that I can't buy products from your small outside stores in Shopping centres BUT can click and collect. So therefore I have to go home and order on line and still come back to the store and pick up what I could have purchased. Sorry. this is very unreasonable, transactions with card payments require no interactions, but it seems ok for your employee to handle my product with their hands.”

“I feel that the Napoleon brand has deteriorated in the past few years. The staff are not trained in the ‘Napoleon’ style any more. It is very disappointing to me! I no longer buy the products- I had a gift voucher so used that.”
