“After purchasing a few products, I came across your sale items site and thought to buy what looked like my next purchase. Later in the day I received another package and to my surprise....the miniature item of what I wanted to buy, the lid liner pen! I was so excited to have gotten 1, I always wanted to try it out. Thank you Napoleon Perdis marketing team....I love your products and useful tips too. Will you look at how many application times one has on your products too? Hoe long they will last? Just a thought....”

“Been customer from day one,had my favourite foundation and then they discontinued that foundation cannot find perfect foundation (was not happy) till I tried this one Liquid cashmere it came close to my favourite foundation..Very happy at the moment”

“The products are great but customer service is terrible . I ordered on line and thought I would get the bonus cosmetics as I had ordered over the requirement and I never received it . I emailed the customer service with all my details and asked why and I have never heard back . Very disappointed and will think twice before ordering again . Am looking for another brand to switch to.”

“Hi I received my order and was happy with everything except the lipstick . I use Napoleon and have both purchased and ordered on line and never had a problem, however the lipstick I ordered is awful. It is hard and does not glide over my lips and it tastes terrible. I am not sure if it is old or has gone off ( if that happens to lipstick ) I always use the Divine Goddess range and I have never experienced anything like this. I am disappointed in the lipstick. Hoping you can do something about this. Kind regards Joanne.”
