“Always good quality and easy to use. The foundation I bought was too dark however. It is too hard to buy foundation on line. Do you have small sample sachets so that the right colour can be found by trying it on like in the shop?”

“The Look 2 Foundation Stick make up is the absolute best foundation I have ever bought. It goes on smoothly and provides complete but, natural coverage blending into the skin well. I have tried liquid, powder and other stick foundations in all price ranges and none compare to Napoleon Perdis. I often receive compliments on my skin and I am in my 60's. have been using this product for many years and the only drawbacks are availability and price. This Foundation stick used to be available at retail stores such as Ulta and Sephora and online at other retailers, however, now it is only available from the company in Australia. Of course this makes it somewhat difficult to obtain. Also, if the price was a little lower ( even by $10 or $15) I would be buying two at a time instead of one. Thanks so much for asking for my opinion and I am hopeful that I will always be able to purchase this product.”

“Product itself is great. The inside concealer pot from the start is not stuck into the outer case. Falls out each time I use. A little annoying, however a terrific concealer.”

“Thankyou products were as expected the only problem I encountered were my parcel was sent to Post Office and I didnt know. I would have assumed that they would put a notice in my letter box to advise me. I realized when I went to contact you about slowness of delivery that there was a email telling me to go to post office to collect. Is this the new way if so I will be aware in future. Two to three weeks waiting. I dont check my emails too often. Could be my fault. Leonie W.”

“I started using Napoleon when I had a special occasion and would get my makeup done. I love the foundation a stroke of genius, it is such a great product. I also use a blush, lip gloss, cream eyeshadow stick. Great when I buy online and they have free shipping at times too.”

“After purchasing a few products, I came across your sale items site and thought to buy what looked like my next purchase. Later in the day I received another package and to my surprise....the miniature item of what I wanted to buy, the lid liner pen! I was so excited to have gotten 1, I always wanted to try it out. “Been customer from day one,had my favourite foundation and then they discontinued that foundation cannot find perfect foundation (was not happy) till I tried this one Liquid cashmere it came close to my favourite foundation..Very happy at the moment”

“The products are great but customer service is terrible . I ordered on line and thought I would get the bonus cosmetics as I had ordered over the requirement and I never received it . I emailed the customer service with all my details and asked why and I have never heard back . Very disappointed and will think twice before ordering again . Am looking for another brand to switch to.”
