I asked for something like this reference photo, and while the look I received was done well enough, it was impossible to get anything close to what I requested because the pop up was so poorly stocked. I booked a 45 minute slot and this took well over an hour so by the time all the faffing looking for products to press me into buying was done, I was a full 40 minutes past the time I should have been finished. I wanted to redeem the cost of the makeover for foundation, which my MUA was unable to find after much time consuming searching so I said I’d just take the lipstick and lip liner colour she’d used on me instead. Unbeknownst to me, she gave me a completely different lip liner colour which is useless to me, and I can’t return as I used it in the hopes that I was wrong about it being the wrong colour. I also was REQUIRED to buy products that equaled $120 or more, which of course it has to be with the nature of pricing for your makeup. I was unaware of this prior to booking as it wasn’t noted anywhere obvious. The selection of products stocked that I could actually use was so poor, and due to the requirement to buy, I’ve ended up with lashes (the ones I liked also not in stock) and a lip liner I won’t use. I asked to just make up the difference in cost so I still paid $120 but didn’t redeem the full value and this is apparently not possible, which is unfathomable to me. The fact that this service is also performed in a pop up, and not an actual store is not mentioned on the website or during the booking at all. Had I known it wasn’t a proper store, I’d have booked elsewhere. I booked a service as a treat to myself, and ended up with a more expensive, stressful, fruitless waste of my time and genuinely could not be more disappointed in the overall experience with Napoleon. The one positive I can mention is that my make up artist was lovely and did the best she could with what was available, aside from giving me the wrong colour lip liner which I suspect she did in the stress of being able to give me nothing else I asked for.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. Firstly o arrived for my 9am appointment, nothing was set up, the lady was constantly opening draws for the whole appointment looking for different things. The set up was not professional or comfortable. The pop up is outside Kmart and the reflection of the bright red K was horrible lighting. Now the actual experience was horrible. I showed inspiration photos as a guide and I had faith in the artist, however I recommend you checking throughout each step how the make up is going and to give feedback. The artist proceeded to choose lashes without consulting me and then said I was unable to change them as she has already opened them, fine but then before I even got home 30 minutes later one eye had completely come off. The make up application was poor and when I asked how we could fix it she told me in a rude condescending tone that her next client was there and that was that. I removed the entire face of make up and had to re do it myself after leaving. I did know want to have to pay for the services because frankly they were nothing of what I asked. I do not even want to post photos online of the make up however if you would like to contact me directly I am happy too Do not go here is my recommendation.

Service was terrible, the makeup artist kept walking away, making the appointment go extremely over time! Then delaying other waiting customers. She also repeatedly insulted my skin. All while the finished look, looked horrendous. The foundation was about 3 shades to light on my skin. Overall this was a terrible experience and I DO NOT RECOMMEND if you want to look and feel nice at your event!!

Terrible. Doesn't last on face more than 1 hour, too powdery and mixes up with the other colours. No good. Cant return as its open now... waste of money. They've deleted my review from their site....

I had my make-up done today and asked for a "natural" look because it was a very casual event. Came out with it caked on. Worst make-up job I've ever had done and I've had it done numerous times. When I went to choose the products i wanted to redeem they didn't even stock the skin care range. This was a huge disappointment. Location David Jones, Westfield Marion

I booked in for $120 package today your company took out $314 out of my account and the Napoleon Parramat ta The Make-Up Artist person who was doing my makeup was too busy on her phone gossip into her friend

Thought I'd receive my item quicker ordering directly from Napoleon. I'm located in Melbourne and ordered 10 days ago and still haven't received my items. Will order from another company next time

I ordered 2 products on the 16th March. They haven't arrived. I have emailed Napoleon twice and called. Left a message to return my call but again no response. No updates or correspondence. Really poor customer service. They have great products but customer service needs huge improvement. I would like a return call or email with an update of my goods and when I should expect them! Or Give me my money back!!!

The worst customer service in terms of product assistance, the staff only concentrates on the customer who does the make up that quite understandable that they booked. However, the staffs need to be of service to the walk-in customer who spends money too. I am done buying this product in Frankston.

I wish I could give 0 star unfortunately there is no option of giving 0 rating. Worse than worst customer service. They don’t trust customers who spend money. Even the customer service at the backend is not helpful. Never shop from here.

Had my makeup done for my sisters hens at high point shopping centre. I could have done better. One of my lashes was half off the whole night. My face was white and I specifically said I want all my freckles covered which wasn’t the case. For a night I had been looking forward to for a long time I didn’t feel good because of the makeup. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Worse customer service I have experienced, ordered and paid for products on July 15th, I have still not received my order, they do not return phone calls, I was informed twice my order was on its way but still yet to receive it! Not sure what else to do ??

Last time I placed an order I had to chase it up as it hadn't arrived and they said it was still sitting in the warehouse. This present order your are enquiring about still has not arrived, one product was refunded, however; i am still awaiting the rest of the order.
