I love the CLE classes NBI offers. They are consistently high quality, informative, and easy to schedule, and the monthly subscription price is very fair. As a CLE junkie, NBI is my go to provider.

My online course had a lot of technical difficulties, so much so that I had to re-watch 30 minutes of the course (plus time troubleshooting with the tech people). The customer service people were nice, but had no solutions. So it all took far longer than it should have. Six hours of CLE turned into 7, which is not helpful at year end. The content was also incredibly repetitious. Several of the presenters appeared to be very sick and were difficult to understand. One spoke so quickly I could understand very little of what she said. Overall, this was just not a good CLE. And my bar is fairly low.

I've been an NBI customer for at least 20 years and have always been 101% satisfied. Administratively, they could not be easier to work with. And the courses are almost alwats spot on -- it would be a very rare exception. I have actually been a course presenter for NBI, many many years ago, and I know the effort they put into their product. I still keep some of their reference materials on my laptop and consult them from time to time.

I recently completed the Employment Law Update and was very disappointed in the quality of most of the speakers. Julie Moore was the standout exception. She is very knowledgable, was familiar with her presentation and kept me engaged. 5 stars for her. Mark Valencia was next best, at 3 stars. The others were terrible. They were unfamiliar with their own presentation, lacked subject matter knowledge and were poor speakers. With the exception of Ms. Moore, this was a waste of time and money.

Forbes should list MBI as one of the best companies around. Today I took an online CLE that was live, was with an excellent presenter, gave salient and current training on the use of AI and Law offices and how to create AI documents that are frequently in use, and how to stay within the ethical confines currently within the use of AI. I would recommend NBI to anyone as being one of the best Law Firm support companies in the US.

THE CONTENT OF THE SEMINAR WAS GOOD, BUT THE PARKING ARRANGEMENTS AT THE NEW ORLEANS AIRPORT HILTON WAS TERRIBLE . . . PARTICIPANTS HAD TO GO THROUGH A RATHER COMPLICATED PROCESS TO OBTAIN COMPLIMENTARY PARKING, WHICH OTHERWISE WOULD HAVE INVOLVED A FAIRLY HEFTY FEE.

I took one webinar with NBI regarding NY State Employment Law and I must say although the platform is one of the best I've seen, and the intended content was good, the majority of presenters were not very dynamic. Maybe 2 of the 6 were engaging and obviously highly experienced. For the cost (nearly $300), I can't say it was worth it.

I have been a presenter at NBI a few times and have attended several in-person seminars. I would gladly attend more in-person seminars if there were any to attend. During the CLE just ended (8.1.24 - 7.31.25), I was aware of only two in-person seminars. They were on consecutive days (7.30.25 and 7.31.25)

The course was good. The email from customer service was quick and professional. Getting the certificate of credit is taking longer (and more effort) than expected. 'm still pending receipt of the certificate 6 business days after completing the course, and 4 days after having contacted customer service. I'm hopeful it will be resolved soon.

I contacted NBI on 6/30/25 seeking assistance in enrolling in a seminar to meet my CPE requirement due on 7/1/25. An extremely professional customer service rep guided me through the available courses to meet my requirements and got me set up. She even took the time to ensure I could access the "on demand" course I selected. Once I completed the course, I was very happy with my selection and learned a lot from the presenters. It was a great refresher and I met my CPE requirements as required. Thank you!

Mr Weiss from Kansas City was the best. Helpful, useful information and documents. Genteman from New Jersey was difficult to follow and seemed to be distracted. All in all a good CLE.
