“I have used NBI for 10 years now. Their quality and selection of CLE's have been excellent. I always have more CLE's than needed because I have so many choices. I would recommend their subscription service.”

“Hi, I called and said that I wanted to do the all access plan and would only be doing the online courses. I was sold the all access plan for $1,500. a short time later, NBI came out with the all access for online courses for $1,000. I think I should have been told and would have saved $500.”

“My last rep, Lisa Frank, was fantastic; she answered my responses quickly and made things work for me. My new rep hasn't returned a phonecall and didn't respond to an email sent yesterday - about my renewal, signing up for a course and getting a fuller pass. You could do better. The third time better be a charm.”

“The instructors and materials don't deliver enough samples of real life pleadings and forms that I can use in my practice. I wish the materials had real examples that were drafted by local practitioners. I wish the classes would walk through specific hypothetical problems and show us how the content we're discussing would be worked through with real samples.”

“I have used NBI almost exclusively for CLE classes for the last two years. Courses are informative and interesting. Annual subscription is a great value, as I can take as many courses as I find interesting and have time for. NBI has always timely reported credits earned, which makes meeting CLE requirements easy.”
