“I always enjoy your seminars, but I think the topics covered in mid-level or advanced programs need more "design" input from speakers, because they tend to try to cover too many sub-topics for the amount of time allotted, and we sometimes need to leave out material that should be covered.”

“The programs always sell themselves. Providing breakfast or lunch for attendees, maybe with a short piece by a speaker during the meal, would add to the occasion. Feeding people creates a happy mood!”

“As a frequent author/speaker on the topics of workers' compensation, social security and Medicare, I have worked with very talented professionals at NBI. From the assignment of topics, the patience with the attorneys in getting the materials back, to the actual taping of the webinar, all involved work well as a team to produce and distribute valuable information to the legal profession.”

“I am pretty upset that, despite many efforts, I am unable to get emails from NBI that inform me of CLE opportunities. My assistant has called more than once and I have used the NBI website to opt in on getting the emails. I received 5 emails on September 24 and then nothing. Perhaps there is a problem on my end but I used to receive these emails in the past. Please fix this.”

“The course materials are not very helpful. It seems that the presenters often wish to provide only an outline rather than detailed information. Also, the location for the live seminars in Pittsburgh, specifically the Fort Couch Road location is very inconvenient. The hotel in the South Side is more centrally located and provides parking”

“They offer wonderful classes. I am usually interested in the "in person" ones. My only criticism would be that they are starting to only offer classes that are for lawyers. As an Enrolled Agent, I am interested in tax preparation, tax update, estate planning, etc.”

“I found out the most of guy speakers were more knowledgeable and took seminars more seriously than some lady speakers in the seminars I took. Also, the seminar coordinator lacks of flexibility and too restricted. Last, hope there are some bagels and bottles of water on site than sodas.”
