“From entering the store till we've made the purchase, the entire experience was outstanding. We were greeted upon entering the store and the associate Eden took the time to understand our need in order to tailor the mattresses according which saved us time and a lot of hassle. Eden was very knowledgeable and both associates working at the time were extremely helpful. This has to be our best experience making a purchase at any store, especially, related to home items. Although, I do think Eden could improve his customer service skill by maybe being a bit more friendly and smiling.”
