“(Please I need to remain Anonymous ) After watching some videos online to find out what to get, my research settled for an extra firm mattress. Entering the store a sales representative explained how the products are arranged and where the firm units where positioned. I was impressed that the delivery driver showed me how to deceipher the coding and waited for me to confirm( My only suggestion is for the company to put the same code from the mattress on the invoice)”

“Very pleasant sales person. Asked what l wanted and showed different products. And respected my pice range. And didn't push me to choose what I didnt want. And gave me time to try out different products. Prices are good.”

“Delivery came at a time I was out, they called ahead and I asked them to leave it with reception of my apartment. They refused saying they need a signature. Ended up I had to make a run back home just to take on th delivery, which is not very convenient or accommodating when reception of apartment does offer service for taking delivery.”

“The mattress is ok . Just a bit to firm for me . Less backpain when I wake up . I will test it out for a little longer as maybe my body needs to adjust. Probably should have got a plush”
