“Had a good experience with the sales person. The bed we ordered for my daughter unfortunately has to be ordered and isn’t available for 2 weeks. Other than availability, everything has been great.”

“Was able to test out mattresses in store and get it delivered quickly. Reps in store were very helpful. It would be good if the delivery time frame was more solid as it kept updating as the minimum time was passed. For example started with 10am-12pm, at 10am it changed to 10:15-12:15, at 10:15 changed to 10:30-12:30. The mattress did get delivered in the initial 10-12 window which was good.”

“I ordered my mattress online from National Mattress and the whole process was smooth and easy. Their website was user-friendly, and I appreciated the detailed product descriptions and reviews. Shipping was fast, and the mattress arrived in perfect condition. Super comfortable and exactly as described—I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely shop here again! Only downside was that the delivery was delayed by 2 hours.”

“If I was shopping for my own bed, I would have had a difficult time choosing because everything is still in plastic bags. Luckily I was buying mattresses for a short term rental suite so I chose based on description and online research.”
