“I ordered the mattress that I wanted there was a glitch on which one was ordered. I phoned right away and they rectified the problem and they delivered it the next day. I was very happy with the delivery. They took it to the back door and the mattress is just wonderful. I will use national mattress again and highly recommend it to my friends and family. Thanks again, Lori”

“Visited teh kitchener location, not a bad experience except their online stock numbers are not always accurate. got free shipping the following day to my house since they did not have one at the store, but overall not bad!”

“I've yet to receive my mattress so I can't write a quality review, but the site was easy to use, though during purchase the estinates delivery date was same day (wrong), and it wouldn't accept my first payment method and had to use a different card (confirmed there were enough funds several times, still told me insufficient funds). Customer service was easy to get ahold of, low wait time, efficient and informative. All I am I'm happy with the quality of service, but the purchasing and delivery estimation could use some work.”

“Overall, the experience with National Mattress has been great. Mattresses are of good quality, delivery is quick, the delivery tracker is super helpful and the delivery person always gives a call 20 mins before they arrive. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it can be a hit or miss with delivery instructions. I always ask for my mattress rolled up so that it's easy to carry, however, they don't always follow this. Sometime I receive it rolled up, other times it's not. But overall, ordering from them is always a great experience!”

“Hamilton store staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Got the mattress we were looking for. Purchase was seamless and quick. Delivery was promised for Monday and received the mattress in the promised day. However, the delivery guy was highly unprofessional and tried to leave the mattress on building front door not the apartment.”

“Great customer service employee was very helpful. The only downfall is I purchased a boxspring, which is too big for my son’s bed, and I wasn’t able to return It because I had to open the plastic. Even though I rewrapped it it’s part of the company policy and I was willing to return it the following day and I bought it in the evening also so it was never used so I’m stuck with a boxspring, I can’t use and can’t return or exchange for a smaller height.”

“Good mattress for the price! No issues with the mattress, been sleeping on it for the past few days. Good back support and noiseless. The plastic packaging it came in was very dirty. The delivery guy placed the rolled-up mattress inside the house just inside the door but had to take it outside and clean it up before it could be taken to my bedroom.”

“They have a wide variety of Brands and types of mattresses at reasonable prices. Our salesperson Eden was very knowledgable and helped us to decide on the best mattress for our need and price point. My only con if there is one, is at the Kitmat location, there are only stairs to the entrance and no ramp. So we had to carry our stroller up to enter the store.”

“I think the mattress we received for the price was phenomenal - the delivery was great too! It’s just the random delivery date and time we were given was tough but other than that it was good”
