“The prices are really really great, and I'm very appreciative of Canada-wide shipping! It was a bit confusing to figure out how the mattress would be shipped and when it will arrive, but overall I think it's gone well! My mattress is supposed to arrive tomorrow!”

“Good selection of mattresses (often discontinued models etc. but still excellent quality) for as little as 1/3 the price. Fast delivery. Good exchange program if you want to use it. Might be worth it to pay for the "white glove" service at delivery - they will put the new mattress on the bed and take the old one down to the curb. We struggled with both. When we went to the North York location to try a few other brands/models to see if we wanted to do an exchange for a softer model, the sales person was not very friendly, in fact, he was almost hostile when we asked him some questions.”

“Originally delivered the wrong size mattress, but they corrected themselves and exchanged for the right size mattress on the same day. Kiddo loves the mattress.”

“The store we visited had a lot of selection and a good price range. All mattresses, including lower end models, were very good quality. Staff were busy but very helpful and personable. Basic delivery was included. My only complaint: if the mattress is not a good fit, we cannot return it; only exchange is available.”

“They have a "Compare List" which details all aspects of your selected mattresses or accessories You can add as many as you want A specification lies horizontal under each chosen mattresses, so you see the difference one next to the other one... This the kinda of tool I love A.M.”

“My experience with National Mattress was great! A little trouble with delivery at the start, but everything was solved and the man who I spoke to on the phone at the store was so kind and helpful, the second delivery attempt went smoothly! The mattress is also great, I'm very very happy that I purchased from this company.”

“Helpful in-store sales without trying to be my friend. Prices are consistently good. Delivery was fast. Unfortunately, the delivery guys bent the mattress around the corner on our stairs and left us with a mis-shapen mattress. Should have saved the $35 and moved it upstairs over the railing with my kids.”
