“This is my second mattress purchase from National Mattress. It’s like the no frills of mattress stores. High quality mattresses at excellent prices, love that you can try out every mattress and all the details are extremely clearly placed for each so you know exactly which one you’re trying out.”

“Prices are good. I had to return one mattress as it was too big, so they picked it up when they dropped off another one. The one I ended up with, a sealy, is very satisfactory for the price. No complaints other than waiting for my refund on the first mattress I returned. Hoping there will not be an issue.”

“I’m very pleased with the customer service at National Mattress! Their chat box attendant is a real person who responded immediately, with a clear answer to my question. They have options for organic, low toxicity mattresses which is what originally brought me to their website, but I purchased from them because of their unbeatable prices. I was hoping they would be able to deliver to my home, as they offer free delivery, but my location was not an option for this - that is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. But the customer service rep called me when it was ready for pick up, was willing to hold it until whoever I could pick it up, and knew what mattress I had ordered when I came to pick it up as soon as I told him my name, which I was very impressed by.”
