“Overall everything went well from ordering and the mattress itself. The only drawback was the delivery guy was dragging the mattress to the home in the snow, granted he was only one guy and we helped but had we not offered to help this may have caused damage. Also some of the threads in the box spring were already coming out, had to add fray glue so it wouldn’t come out fully.”

“I ordered and was a bit confused about the shipping policy so I reached out to customer support. They got back in a timely way and clarified my questions. Our mattresses arrived 10 days later to the Yukon.”

“I purchased online and it was fairly easy (some website bumps). I found a $50.00 off coupon which was a little bonus. That said I called one of the stores to ask a few questions. They were answered however by someone who wasn’t very enthusiastic about it. Delivery was straight forward and had no hiccups.”

“The mattress and box spring arrived very quickly withon 2 days. It was nice to recieve an email estimating when it would arrive. The mattress feels amazing, very clean and easy to bring upstairs as it was a matress is a box. My parents love it, bought it as a suprise for them after renovating their bedroom. The only reason I rated my experience 4/5 is that I felt the ones who delivered the mattress were unprofessional.”

“Easy to navigate website, great prices and very friendly staff. I enjoyed the enormous choice of matresses and brands that were available. The fact that (based on the size of mattress you chose) the website immediately updated you on the local store's stock level was fantastic. My only suggestion would be that delivery options be more flexible. It would be helpful if the customer could choose a three hour window during the day at which time the mattress could be delivered.”

“thank you to Henry at NM woodbine for assisting us in buying (1) queen and (1) king matress for my family members. I've send friend sto this store in 2022 and myself back in 2019 to experience the no hassle buying experince and touch and feel of the mattress befoe buying. This is something that was inportant to me in making the rigt purchase for the next 10 years of comfortable rest.”
