“Love our new beautyrest. Very comfortable however I do feel because I’m an edge sleeper I feel like the edges could be more firm. But very good mattress and great customer service.”

“The Spring Coil mattress we have has been wonderful. My husband was recently hospitalized with severe back issues. While he was in the hospital I purchased this new firm, pillow-top mattress. It is very comfortable, supportive and has helped his back immensely. We've had it for a couple of months now and we love it. (The only reason it's not a 5-star is because the edge is not as firm as I thought when we sit on it.)”

“We were in the Kitchener store on Saturday and had interaction with 2 sales staff. The 1st person I had to pull out the information from them. The 2nd person was much easier to work with and we were able to make a purchase and was helpful.”

“In February of 2026 I purchased from National Mattress a SPRINGWALL® Chiropractic® 12" Plush Hybrid Mattress - Queen. As soon as I cut open and removed the plastic bag I smelled a distinct odour of cigarette smoke. Is it something else? Anyone have this same experience? Otherwise the plush soft mattress is great especially with the top generously rounded edges. So you can have a day nap on your stomach and not be bothered by the mattress edge digging into your feet tops if hang your feet over the edge.”

“This is my second time buying a mattress from National Mattress. They have the best prices and good quality. My first mattress lasted for several years, and when it was time to replace it, I turned to this company again. The only downside, for which I took off one star, is the delivery. Initially, they scheduled it for the next day after I ordered, but they rescheduled it for the next day, so I changed my plans twice. But maybe that was just a coincidence... Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, the price, and the service, and I recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances!”

“Before shopping, I did some research and liked that National Mattress doesn’t pay a commission to its sales people. That helped reassure me that I was getting honest advice on which mattress to purchase. I am happy with my new bed but must admit they could do better on shipping. My options were they would leave it in the lobby of my building or I had to pay extra for them to bring it up to my apartment and take away my old bed to wherever my building collects large items for disposal. For a small fee other stores provide bags to put the old bed in and haul it away. Overall I am happy I chose National Mattress.”
