“The product was excellent and the delivery was handled with care. However, if possible, I believe some people would greatly appreciate it if assistance were available to bring the item inside the house upon request. Good beds can be very heavy, and I imagine it must be quite difficult for elderly people or women to carry them.”

“I went to the National Mattress outlet in Hamilton after a recommendation from someone. Upon entry I was greeted by Wayne. Who I must say was very knowledgeable about the products and has great customer service. I was impressed at the inventory they had along with the price for quality. If you are looking for a mattress with quality at a good price, I would tell you look no further. They have the same brands as the competitors at a fraction of the cost with delivery. I am happy I shopped here!”

“Love the easy to decipher website and ordering process. Order came faster than expected. Only deducted a star because they don’t deliver to my village (yet will deliver to Orillia which is the same distance..) Please consider expanding the radius slightly or allow customers to pay for delivery”

“Normally great company! This time did not deliver on date stated! No one called me or emailed me! I paid delivery! I called them and someone called back to apologize! Delivered next day and took it downstairs to where it was going! Great. They were trying to keep customers happy! Good job! Thankyou”

“We recently visited National Mattress to purchase a new mattress and had a great experience from start to finish. The store had a huge selection, with mattresses from almost all the major brands and a wide range of options in terms of type and firmness. The sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. Instead of just pushing products, they first asked about our specific needs and then showed us the best options based on our requirements. It made the whole process much easier and more personalized. The delivery was also impressive — it was free, arrived the very next morning, and came with a tracking link so we knew exactly when to expect it. The delivery team was professional, punctual, and handled everything smoothly. We’re really happy with our purchase and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend National Mattress to anyone looking to buy a new mattress!”

“So far very pleased with purchase regarding comfort. FYI- the queen matress and box are 2 inches shorter than advertised. We were told to expect a small difference. Would have been great to have the shorted 2 inches.”
