“Suraj at the Mississauga store was as knowledgeable and friendly as it gets. I was so impressed with how he knew all the stats from the materials to the exact number of pocket coils and the thickness of those coils on all the mattresses we were interested in. He didn't try to upsell us to unnecessarily expensive models. I'm very happy with this purchase and look forward to getting them delivered this weekend and sleeping on our newly purchased mattresses for years to come.”

“Ordered a mattress on April 18, they contact me by email on April 19 that the mattress is not in stock. I waited a week with no update so I replied to them on week of April 28 over a couple of days with zero replies. Then only received a scheduled delivery email that friday. So company has lack of communication.”

“The salesperson who helped me understood that I didn't want to make the buying of a mattress an ongoing event. I explained what I preferred, he led me to a few options and I bought one of them. Delivery was quick, however, I disagree with the necessity to charge to put the mattress in the appropriate room. I am 80, and although I may be fit, a person half my age would have difficulty navigating a queen size mattress through their home.”

“Went to two different locations to try their various mattresses. Ended up buying a Serta that was competitively priced. Friendly and helpful staff at both locations (Hamilton and Mississauga)”

“The 2” platform is what we expected. Good value. One corner was slightly soiled where it the plastic bag ripped and was clearly dragged. The delivery time kept changing otherwise a good delivery.”

“As you know, the outlet in Barrie has a limited selection of mattresses on display. Being close to Barrie I had to choose one that was available, and I settled on a Galaxy Twin made partly of Bamboo foam, the price on display was $262. When I came to the desk, I received an in voice for $289. I questioned Hayden Irwin and he explained there had been an increase of 10%. I objected and he called the supplier who confirmed the increase. On principle, I refused to accept the new price. So I had to settle on another mattress, a Sringwall which I have found satisfactory, but not the one I preferred.”
