“Good experience overall, just not happy the way the mattress protector was delivered, since the package was opened, the box and also the bag where the protector fits was opened. Not happy about that!”

“Great experience at National Mattress. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helped me find the right mattress without any pressure. Prices were competitive and delivery was quick and smooth. I’d definitely recommend checking them out if you’re shopping for a new mattress.”

“I recently purchased a queen-size mattress from National Mattress and overall I’m happy with the experience. The price was very competitive compared to other stores. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is that communication around delivery could have been a bit clearer, but everything worked out in the end. Overall, I’d recommend National Mattress if you’re looking for good value and a solid selection FYI, I live in Vancouver not Ontario.”

“I had a good experience with the one at Dundas St, Mississauga location. Someone attended me and explained options that I have. When I decided to buy, I went to Heartland location and over there no one attended me. Maybe because they thought I already knew what I wanted. They just pointed the aisle to look into. Maybe that's why it's cheaper than other stores.”

“Delivery went smooth, I have noticed that the bed packaging came ripped though. It had me worried regarding my warranty but customer support reassured me that it was fine and to keep the compressed wrapping it came with to ensure I can use my exchange for the 100 days”
