“The prices are amazing and very affordable. The mattress I ordered was out of stock and the associate told me the wrong timeframe for it to be in stock but otherwise everything went smoothly and delivery was a breeze.”

“Staff well inormed of products; helpful. I would give you a 5 but not happy that as an old man I have to bag my box spring after paying $55 dollars to have it taken downstairs; I'm in a condo with elevator; no big deal to remove the box and then leave it outside. My wife is not mobile so this exercise is a pain.”

“I purchased a split queen boxspring. It seems fine for the intended purpose. Tried to order online so it could be delivered but the order wouldn’t go through - perhaps because the credit card billing address was different from the delivery address - that part was frustrating and customer service couldn’t really help - but when I went in person to the North York location, it was very easy to park, make the purchase, and take it away. My local retailer could not come close to the price NM offered, and it would have taken 5 or 6 days to get the item. Good value and service.”

“I appreciate the clarity and thoroughness of information available on your website (description, specifications, sizing, etc.). I noticed that the price of the mattress I bought about a week ago is now approximately $250 cheaper, which gave me a frustrating feeling of having overpaid but it is good for other shoppers, and your prices are consistently lower than other retailers. I did not receive an order confirmation after having made the purchase (other than my confirming that it was not fraud), which was a bit unsettling given the large sum of money and made me unsure of the delivery plan, but upon calling customer service the day before scheduled delivery, I was easily able to get through to an actual person and was given updated information and confirmation of my delivery day/time, which was great. the emails/phone call leading up the day before/day of delivery were much appreciated and the delivery itself was very efficient. overall, I am pleased with the purchase process and love my new mattress! I am considering getting a bed frame from you next given the positive customer service I recently received.”

“We purchase a queen mattress it was delivered as ordered. The portal was easy to use and the customer service team replied quickly to our inquiry. The delivery team was courteous,and friendly. Delivery was a few hours earlier than expected. We would definately buy again from National Mattress Andrea- Brampton”

“(Please I need to remain Anonymous ) After watching some videos online to find out what to get, my research settled for an extra firm mattress. Entering the store a sales representative explained how the products are arranged and where the firm units where positioned. I was impressed that the delivery driver showed me how to deceipher the coding and waited for me to confirm( My only suggestion is for the company to put the same code from the mattress on the invoice)”
