“Walked in and was greeted right away by Greg. Told him what kind of mattress we were looking for and he showed us what was in stock. Explained all information we needed to know and found one very quick. Went to cash paid and out the door with our new mattress. Quick and easy.”

“I was able to find a mattress that fit my height and comfort at a great price! The associate was super helpful in finding the right match. The delivery went very well. The delivery employee informed me of an issue on a product I ordered and delivered a replacement the next day. The box spring and mattress were easy to set up and sleep on within an hour. My sleep has been great since!”

“Overall, it's a really good mattress for low budget. 4 stars only because I feel like it's more on the soft side and I wish it was more firm.. but I definitely feel the support in my back anyway, so highly recommended.”

“The jury is still out on the mattress. It feels not as firm than as the one I tested in the showroom. I’ll give it more time before deciding whether to do an exchange. Also the mattress was delivered promptly on schedule, sealed in plastic but the tags were just thrown inside the packaging and not attached to the mattress. This raised questions. Most new mattresses have the tags attached.”

“First visit to National Mattress Warehouse. Nice welcome and explanation of the layout of the store and the folders explaining each mattress. No pressure to buy more expensive ones. At checkout the assistant told me about sales and specials. I think the warehouse is too cramped, you need a bigger store!”

“Since we bought display piece their return policy was differnt & we were not happy with that but gentle man Gergo S who helped us said that we will try to call you when matress will arrive from other location for Shipment so that you can come & look at Mattress before we deliver & if you feel you do not want to buy display piece you can cancel order & buy factory piece which was very helpful. They also gave us a complimentary gift but we didnot like items in that bundle & asked them for something diff but they did not do anything with that problem over all it was good experience.”

“The buying process and delivery are seamless though I have been struggling to get a hold of the Dundas E store for an exchange and upgrade of my new mattress. I had bought a medium firm and I need to exchange it for a firm one, and get a posturepedic one instead of the Essential which I got.”
