"I live in Qu\u00e9bec and was looking online for an adjustable base, but I couldn't find anything that had all the features I wanted.\r\n\r\nI was specifically looking for an adjustable base with lumbar support, pillow tilt, and massage. Unfortunately, all the models I found online or in stores that included all of these features were way too expensive.\r\n\r\nI eventually found National Mattress and immediately noticed that their prices were extremely competitive. At first, I thought it might be a little too good to be true, but I did my research, as I always do when buying something online, and quickly understood how they were able to offer such good prices. They don't seem to spend a fortune on fancy showrooms, decor, or marketing, and they're also extremely well rated on Google.\r\n\r\nSo I figured, okay, they're legit. The next question was: they're not located in Qu\u00e9bec, but do they ship here?\r\n\r\nYes, they do.\r\n\r\nUnfortunately, since they're based in Ontario, customers in Qu\u00e9bec don't have access to their white-glove delivery service, room-of-choice delivery, and similar options. Deliveries to Qu\u00e9bec are handled through third-party carriers instead.\r\n\r\nI had to call them twice before ordering to ask a few questions, and both times they were super helpful and efficient.\r\n\r\nI finally placed my order and purchased the NM 9.0 adjustable base along with an MLILY pillow. I'm expected to receive everything on September 14th, which is roughly one week after placing the order.\r\n\r\nOverall, I'm very satisfied with the experience so far and can't wait to try my new adjustable base.\r\n\r\nRoom for improvement:\r\n\r\nSome features on the website don't seem to work properly, such as the \"Chat Now\" function.\r\n\r\nAlso, paying through PayPal doesn't seem to work at checkout.\r\n"

I was expecting to spend around 2k and it was way under budget which allowed me to buy other things to redecorate the bedroom. \r\nStrongly recommend.\r\n"

"Very large selection of mattresses on display in showrooms. Each with its own qr link to find in depth information quickly on the spot. Fantastic prices. Easy website to navigate that provides very in depth details. Staff are not at all pushy. Leave you to your own devices if you wish and are ready to help if you wish. Always polite and amicable. Such a comfortable experience especially considering how dreadful mattress shopping is. Delivery was smooth and went as described by the store associate. Choose to not have it delivered to the room. I was not home but i believe they mustve been kind enough to bring it through the door as it is a heavy latex mattress and theres no chance my husband managed on his own. It was a open bag mattress that was resealed for delivery and the bag did get damaged a bit resulting in a dirt streak on the side but clearly well handled because the surface of the mattress isnt at all torn or damaged"
