“We love our new mattresses! They were delivered on time, as promised. We were contacted by both email and phone to let us know exactly when to expect the delivery. Due to an issue with labelling, one of the mattresses that was delivered was the wrong size (Twin vs Twin XL). National Mattress fixed the issue immediately, bringing us the correct mattress the next day and taking away the wrong one, no questions asked. Their service gets a 5/5 from me!”

“Fantastic first experience with National Mattress. Zero pressure while I walked around the warehouse and tried hald a dozen mattresses. Once I decided, I had it delivered in a couple of days. Highly recommend!”

“I had a great experience at National Mattress Outlet in Markham. The store had a wide variety of mattresses to choose from, making it easy to find the perfect fit. Henry H, the sales associate who assisted me, was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and even informed me about a QR code promotion, which allowed me to receive a free pillow! Since purchasing my mattress, I’ve noticed a significant reduction in my back pain, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The service was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding customer support.”
