“Ordered at night 8pm while was at the gym ! lol. Email came next day 7am that was being delivered that morning. Took less than 24 hours and had the item I ordered. Great Service.”

“National Mattress was the BEST place to buy a mattress! Never in my life have I had a new mattress so I had no idea where to start. I had looked at some at other big name box stores but the prices had me terrified to purchase! I stumbled across national mattress online and thank goodness I did! National mattress had so much selection and plenty of stock, even of larger mattress brands that would be thousands of dollars at other stores. I had looked online with their website at some options and was able to visit one of their many stores in my area to test them out first hand. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful there. They made sure I found the right mattress at the right price. I ended up putting my order in online and check out was so easy I could have done it with my eyes closed. My mattress arrived within just a few days. I was able to pick a date and time for delivery that worked for me and the delivery company was also super helpful in the process and made sure it was delivered to my liking. When I finally got home from work and ready to test it out I was shocked. My mattress was PERFECT! It had been wrapped so it was in pristine condition, no weird smells, not even a speck of dust. The mattress was so extremely comfortable I have never slept better in my life and the best part is that I only paid $600 instead of over $2000 the big box store competitors wanted for the same one. They even offered to take away my old mattress for me! I am absolutely thrilled with National Mattress and will be using them for all of my mattress needs for the rest of my life!”

“Terrible customer experience. The delivery driver backed his truck into my truck causing damage. I have been trying to get in contact with some at national mattress via call and email for 5 days and have not heard back. Terrible experience would not recommend”

“It's very easy to order and gets delivered the next day. The guy that delivered my order even brought the mattress inside my home even if I did not pay for the extra service. Oh and we love the mattress we bought!”

“Fast next day delivery. Messaged me they were 30 minutes from us. Friendly delivery men who brought the box spring right to our room. Box spring came in perfect condition. We were very pleased with our shopping experience. Highly recommend !”

“Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable and I feel I got a great Canadian made mattress at an amazing price. Delivery was fast - love the live tracking. I also picked up a mattress protector and 2 pillows. Will definitely be back to buy another mattress.”
