“I bought the Serta extra firm mattress from National mattress. I got the mattress in very good price. their delivery service is also free withing GTA and with very nominal charge their delivery boys put the mattress in the room where you need it and also will remove your old mattress as well. The sales person Eden was also very friendly, professional and knowledgable person who helpmed me in explaining different types of mattresses and which one is most suitable for my needs.”

“Went into to the store front after looking at the website. Large selection and was able to try out different models. The store was running a 30% off accessories so after picking my new mattress I was also able to purchase a good, inexpensive cover for it. Slept great on my new Luxury Chirofoam Hydride Matress last night.”

“Product ended up coming at 11 pm when it was initially set to come at 3 pm. I stayed home from work that day and had to stay up late to receive the order. When I called in the first guy said someone would call back they didn’t I had to call back and get head office to call me. The driver did bring it up to my apartment but still overall not a good experience.”

“We are very pleased with our experience with National Mattress. The whole experience was smooth and professional. We used the customer support to cordinate the delivery during a move and it was stress free. I also want to say that the delivery was fantastic. The employees who delivered the mattress provided clear communication, they were efficient, and they were extremely friendly. Top notch!”

“Fantastic service! Super excited to find this mattress at a much lower price than I anticipated. Definately check out their showroom and test a bunch of the mattresses. The sales staff and delivery staff were really helpful, and everything went very smoothly.”

“Couldn't be happier with my new mattress!! It's very comfortable and great quality. Free shipping, 10 year warranty and a 90 day mattress exchange window is great too! Highly recommend this company if you're looking for a new bed. My in store experience was amazing! The employee was super helpful, listened to my needs in a mattress and price range and showed me all of the great options they had in store. He went above and beyond so I could find my perfect mattress. I went in with one mattress in mind and he found me an even better one that I ended up purchasing. So happy with my purchase!!”
