“Great customer experience from the beginning to the end of our purchasing journey. We called to get details before heading to the Hamilton location.was greeted on arrived and explained the showroom pricing system and selection layout and then given time to explore. Once we made our final decision we talked to the sales associates about box spring options, delivery. Everything was handled professionally and delivery was arranged for the next delivery day. Compared to other compeutiors it would have been a week or longer before we would get our delivery. Happy with the entire experience and can't wait to get our mattress tomorrow.”

“We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and were informed how the warehouse was laid out. Staff was very helpful and the decision was easy for our mattress. Can’t wait to receive it! Will definitely shop here again!”

“Excellent online purchase experience and great service. Serta king side platform is as described. Easy online order process and communication was on point. Delivery scheduled two days after I placed my order and arrived on time. Driver called 30 min before which was appreciated. Often times we’ve found delivery drivers less than friendly and professional but this was not the case here - it is extremely important to have the last step in one’s purchase to be a good one and in this case, it made our purchase with National Mattess a happy one. So far the king size platform is performing well but it’s only been two days. Will purchase again from National Mattress.”
