“Good mattress for the price! No issues with the mattress, been sleeping on it for the past few days. Good back support and noiseless. The plastic packaging it came in was very dirty. The delivery guy placed the rolled-up mattress inside the house just inside the door but had to take it outside and clean it up before it could be taken to my bedroom.”

“I haven't received my mattress. The website indicated I would get delivery on the 23rd before I ordered and I would get confirmation within 24hrs... I received confirmation 4 days later, I had to call in twice.. it is now the 27th still no mattress... there is definitely something wrong with your website and details.”

“We recently purchased a mattress from National Mattress, and overall, our experience was positive. Their customer service was excellent—friendly, responsive, and professional. While there were some delays in delivery, they kept us informed throughout the process, which we really appreciated. As for the mattress itself, the quality is acceptable for the price. It meets our expectations but isn’t exceptional. That said, the great customer service and clear communication made the buying process smooth. If you're looking for a reliable company with good service, National Mattress is a solid choice.”
