“The price, service and responsiveness of the team at NGT were all superb. I needed a .eft file for ATF forms, and everywhere I looked, online or in person, was trying to sell me fingerprint cards or an “archiving service” (in addition to the fingerprinting charge. NGT charged less than PrintScan to use PrintScan’s equipment at the UPS store. They were able to schedule me same day, and a live person actually called to get my identifying information and verify it was correct. When I got my fingerprints scanned, I received an email notification within minutes that my .eft file was available for download. The ATF eFile system accepted and validated the file, so it looks like everything went well. Thanks NGT, we’ll dine!”

“The .EFT file service was quick and efficient. Once I paid for it, I received a call from National Gun Trusts to schedule the appointment and was easily able to fit the best time slot at my local UPS Store. On the day of the appointment, I was quickly signed in to the Printscan service kiosk and began the scans. It was relatively quick to do and send in. The great thing about this method is that if you make an error or am not happy with one or more of the prints, the system will reject smudged/unclear prints but you can go back and re-scan any of your prints if needed/desired. After I finished and sent the scans, I had my .EFT file back in less than 3 hours. This beats the old FD-258 and ink pad method!”

“Super easy, very straightforward. When I needed help due to an error on my part, I was contacted almost instantly with a fix to my error. I still have a lot to learn about the process, but their guides have gotten me way further than I would by myself. Absolutely recommend.”
