I couldn't make withdrawals, so I got in touch with the support staff. After an eternity, they at last replied, but they could not offer a reliable justification for the outstanding withdrawals. After that, my account was frozen one day. I would suggest looking into more reputable options, like I did, and finding assistance with T O N E L I M I T E D, where my money was returned to me in two days.

Incompetence rudeness infornt of my children when opening a savings account then we get all accounts closed Tried to open savings accounts for my two children. Was treated rudely by branch staff after being advised what documents to take in. Turns out that Nationwide dont know their own ID policies! Anyhow hours later and several painful conversations and chats later I still could not open an account and made a complaint. The complaints team rather than resolving gave conflicting advice and the I didnt hear from them for weeks. I called and asked for some one to call back (unfortunatley..) The lady that called kept saying you sai d this and our staff said that etc etc etc and did not accept any wrong doing rudeness or missinformation given. They clearly just rang up to tell me to go away, but saved it until the end of a 1/2 hour conversation... "we have deiced to close your accounts..." What a bunch of ill informed couldnt care less fools. Rather than my children having a positive experience at the branch whilst the open their highly anticipated accounts, I have to somehow explain that mum and dad have been throw out of the bank because they wanted a savings account. What nasty hateful incompetent organisation Nationwide is.. maybe it is better that we are going to another bank. What nasty people.... 0/10

I felt duped after investing a significant amount of money in them only to encounter numerous problems and difficulties. Unfortunately, many like me are completely duped by their dishonest business practices. When I asked for assistance, all I got were automated answers that didn't seem to have any chance of helping me or providing any genuine support. Their primary concern was dodging responsibility rather than guaranteeing client satisfaction. Thankfully, with "MADACOVI.CO" 's assistance, my hard-earned money didn't disappear forever.

I believed there was no hope left after being duped by this firm. But, after getting in touch with C:O N C E(P) T-S(T)'R D, they promptly went to work and promptly returned my money and profit within some days. They have a very cordial, competent staff that was always happy to answer my queries. Strongly suggest using their services!

I thought I was making a real investment until I tried to withdraw and was told I needed to put in more money. I never received a response to any of my calls or messages, and that's when I realized I had been duped by this company. I confided in a coworker and the staff at Authstag who recommended them, and within three days, I recovered my money back.

i still recall how i moved from folks to folks seeking help as a result of the multiple scamming and funds misplacement, which all started to derail me and when i thought i had seen the end of the tunnel came SECURESENSEGLOBAL and ever since i got in touch with them i have been able to get back my lost money back from this scammers

I was completely surprised to find that I trusted all the estimates and promises I was given when I invested with them. I had hoped to use the money for an early retirement and a beach vacation with my husband. However, after investing $43,800, I discovered that they had restricted my withdrawals after just 5 days. I was devastated and couldn't bring myself to tell my husband. The organization does not make it very clear before you invest that you would find it extremely difficult to get your money back when you want it. Speak to someone for assistance might be quite difficult. Without a doubt, stay away from the area. I made a profitable investment with the business that appears in my profile picture and provides all investors with competitive returns.But a big thank you to Admk Ltd. for their wizardry, which allowed me to get my money back.

Do NOT go with their Flex plus insurance..not worth paper it's written on.....not interested in helping you...They're OWN solicitor told us " DO NOT BOTHER in pursuing a BIG company "you won't get anywhere"...Have a nice day... Hence..we took our money out straight away and closed all our accounts..if you want a good insurance...go with Lloyds...They are brilliant...

Absolute joke of a place. Applied for the flex direct account with excellent credit score,for the £200 switch. Uploaded all my documents for data security,and penciled my date in for the Switch. After 5 days I received a text message on a Sunday morning,to say that something had gone wrong on there end,and that I can apply again. I have decided not to bother now,after all the messing about. Not a very professional outfit. I earn good money aswell,so I will shop around elsewhere. My advice is stay away from this outfit. You only need to see the negative reviews people have left on trustpilot about there experiences with nationwide,it truly is shocking.

My daughters current account has been frozen due to a scammer claiming she didn’t sell him tickets and she clearly proved all the evidence she did and he also went to concert . Fraud team said they would update her on 27/11 , they removed the money out of her bank account. That date has gone past and they have not contacted her and now when we phoned the bank it has been extended to 30 December with no explanation, she can only lift cash but everything else is frozen. Customer service and fraud time have not updated her or even returned her calls. Awful bank , if it is ever resolved her account will be moved to another bank. Avoid setting up an account in Natiowide… .

I have had a flex account for 10 years with nationwide never had a problem then I couldn’t access my balance ,not a great problem since I don’t use this account much but I don’t really understand what happened and I can’t get a person to speak to on the phone .Online chat is useless might as well discuss my problem with the dog . I’ll get rid of this account asap (if I can manage to do it) Laughable glad it’s not my only account

Impossible to deal with . Long wait customer service endless burble about going online when one has made a call deliberately. Broken card reader arrived weeks late . Cannot access online account without multiple stages . It’s an awful experience

The online transfer was was been blocked for no reason and I had to call a number. When I called, they said that my transfer was canceled, my online account was suspended and ordered me to go to an agency. I refused to go, because I have done everything right and I can't take a day off to do this, but they refuse and gave me no options. I will go, but to close my account, terrible experience.

Your customer representatives need lessons in dealing with people with mental health disabilities. Telling someone with anxiety to call when they can’t and insisting it’s the only way you’ll deal with the issue is not helpful. Sarah Thompson should not be in you complaints department. Telling someone recently tragically bereaved that she “appreciates how difficult things are for me” is really not an acceptable thing to say. You have no idea. On the back of this appalling service I have today opened an account with First Direct and will be starting to transfer my affairs over to them. No loyalty to me, no loyalty to you.
