Faith has been wonderful ! As always, Nationwide, and those who take physical meetings with you, are always first class, offering the solutions that are with your interest in mind. Today, faith not only answered all my questions on my existing mortgage, and what was available if I sold and moved, but also helped me to understand how I could move my flexible tracker mortgage today to a cheaper payment, instead of wating to the end of the year when it runs out. This was an incredible bonus I was not expecting. Every little helps ! Thanks Faith !!

I had a problem with my credit card, the lady in the Bedford branch , was first class, she rung and sorted the problem out, she was so good and helpful, 5 stars with a smile .

EXCELLENT SERVICE !!!! Harry Nagi provided me exceptional customer service. When I was contacted by Harry I was in the market for a new phone and had been doing some investigating in order to get the best deal. There are so many options available I had no idea which to choose. It can be very overwhelming deciding what is best, especially when you are not familiar with a lot of the terminology. I explained what I needed in a plan, and it DEFINETLY needed to included a new phone. Harry took the time to see what offers where available, then contacted me with my options. He took the time to explain everything to me and pointed out the pros and cons of each. Harry went above and beyond to ensure I understood the plan I was getting and how I went about selecting and receiving my phone. Harry set everything up for me; I did not have to lift a finger. The only thing left for me to do was to decide on a phone. I would not hesitate to recommend Nationwide !!! THANK YOU HARRY NAGI FOR ALL YOUR HELP !!!

I rang today after a scam which I explained to Laura. I was very shaken, Laura calmed me down and checked and verified everything was fine. She also gave me some helpful hints on future scams, how to block numbers, and also sent an email. I can't thank Laura enough. She's well worth her weight in gold. Thank you once again Laura .

Very easy to use and reliable website. The branch are well trained and helpful, in the way that the banks used to be many years ago.

Nationwide has really gone downhill recently. Their messaging system is now extremely bad and you can not just make a simple message, you have to go through their Arti computerised system, which MIGHT direct you to someone, but then, the system closes the chat down after about one minute, after which you have to go through the whole logging-on system once more, to find that the person who you were chatting with, has closed the chat down! This happened NINE TIMES to me today, and still nothing has been resolved for me.

Great building society very pleased with them theve sorted me out some good deals and I've taken loans out with them as well and their website/banking is really good and easy to use .

I have to say I have never ever had any problems with this bank and I’ve tried NatWest, TSB, HSBC. I’ve been with them for over 10 years and so has my husband & son. They are easy to contact & customer service is always amazing !!! Thank you Nationwide!

Spoke to Claire at Ramsey Cambs branch who is a credit to Nationwide. She has always looked after my mum and showed real customer service. An absolute brilliant service from Claire thank you

Have been with Nationwide about 5 years Quite simply, I cannot fault this company for it's service, clarity of product information and friendliness of staff both on the telephone and face-to-face

They bend over backward with customer service, spotted card fraud before it went through, have no fees for bounced direct debits on the flex plus account, and 5% interest on regular savings account with instant access they are amazing
