Thank you for pointing out the change in the product labelling and packaging, and sorry that we hadn't updated our website with the new information. “Annie is so helpful and fast responding. Never had a issue with their service and when a herbal remedy needed adjusting due my child’s super sensitive taste buds Natural Chemist responded quickly and sent me a different herbal remedy mix with adjusted ingredients very quickly.”

“They did not have the item in Stock, they suggested another so the rest of the order could be shipped. I declined and said I would wait until new stock arrived. A week later I had my complete order. Their communication skills are impeccable.”
