“I was very pleased to find that Natural Chemist responded so quickly to my online order for Guar gum. It took only a couple of days, including the national Australia Day public holiday, for delivery to arrive from across the country, despite Covid lockdowns. And I hadn't even ordered express delivery!”

“I was waiting for my order for a week, then checked the order and it was still pending and I had run out of my supplies. The staff were really helpful and had it sent out that day. However did not get an explanation as to why my order had not been dispatched already or a discount code for my next order or something.”
