“My Naturopath arranged for the herbal formula to be made up and sent to me. I would have liked the ingredients listed on the label. Australia Post sent a tracking number and parcel got here safely to Victoria, right on 7 days.”

“Good and bad. The website is a bit clunky, and order to processing to delivery takes ages. The ability to prescribe to patients is good but I am surprised that the formulation doesn't get printed on the bottle. All in all ok but needs a bit of refining.”

“Great product, fast dispatch. Will use this service again. The only thing was late delivery, I paid for express and it was supposed to be delivered the next day, it was delivered 3 days later”

“The product was promptly packed, soon after the order was placed. The package was appropriately wrapped in ice packs and protective insulation. excellent. Unfortunately Australia Post left it sitting in a distribution centre for 36 hours and when delivered to me, was at room temperature although clearly marked 'refrigerate on receipt'. I would not use this delivery method again.”
