“Good products but very difficult to cancel a subscription.”

“I purchased a Pela phone case, and saw this offer, and decided to try it out. Unlike these other reviews, I think it was very clearly stated that it was $9 for the first month, and to go into your profile to delay or cancel the subscription as needed, I did not find it misleading. So far I've tried the lip balm, shampoo bar, conditioner bar, and body wash bar, and I really enjoy the product! I have pretty curly hair so not every shampoo/conditioner works well, but I really did like this product. The lip balm is so nice too and smells super good. The only issue is that it's hard to push the lip balm and deodorant up from their packaging. I will definitely order this again but may think twice before reordering the deodorant just because of the packaging.”

“I've ordered the sample box for $9 US. I haven't received it yet, but I am annoyed at all of the people here that are complaining that obviously can't read. It clearly states that it's a membership and you "pay only $9 for your first order! Plastic free refills ship automatically at full price after 30 days unless swapped or cancelled." Geez, people are ungrateful, dumb and they are garbage for trying to sabotage because they can't read.”

“I got samples, like everyone else. The delivery time was fast, only about 2 weeks. However, I was a bit disappointed with the actual products. I have ordered from this company before, back when they were Natural Vegan and their products were great. However, with this new leadership, I just felt that the products weren't as great. I haven't used them yet, so maybe it will be better than I think.”

“These products are so awesome! I'm only giving 4 stars because it was a mess to get the products... Which maybe isnt completely their fault. I contacted them twice regarding my order withing 2 months and finally it came. It felt like Christmas because I had waited so long and wasn't sure if it was even a real deal at that point. They provided me with double the product for my troubles... Which seemed to be a combo of covid, customs/their shipping company, and moving warehouses. I will definitely be trying them again. I love the lip care, shampoo bar, and face bar most out of everything. So great to be eliminating the plastic. Thanks guys! I'll definitely order again. If my next order goes quicker, I'll write another review.”

“NOT A SCAM! They had processing delays that meant I did not get my stuff for 2 months. Obviously I was upset when I thought I was getting scammed. It will take growing pains for eco companies to learn to compete with the giant manufactures. Stick with them...I got everything I ordered and love the stuff. GO GREEN! (Picture is my actual order)”

“Though at first skeptical because of the time it took to receive my order, I have to say the quality of the products are wonderful. I am very happy with the deodorant, lip balm and tea tree soup. Unfortunately due to chemotherapy treatment I lost my hair before I could try the shampoo but am sure it is equivalent to the other products. With all that has happened in our world recently, this company deserves a chance. Their products are worth trying 🤗”

“While the products took a while to be delivered, the company was communicative and understanding along the way. Love the mission and how eco-friendly products are, both pacakaging and product! Ordered the hair body lips kit, I am a fan of everything EXCEPT the conditioning shampoo bar- it leaves my hair in greasy chunks when it dries sadly :( Thanks for a great mission as you work to make the earth a cleaner place!”

“My product was recieved in a recyclable package which is nice seeing as the biodegradable packing on products is why I went this route. Trying to go as natural as possible. I've only been using the deodorant for about a week and so far I love it. Smells really good all natural ingredients and I have sensitive skin and have had a good experience with it ! Would definitely buy again.”

“I haven't tried Natural Vegan products yet. I have a habit of subscribing to emails of companies that I seem interested in and I will go back and look at them some other time. Well I finally sat down and looked at website, reviews and ingredients of the products. And I cannot wait to try them! Everything looks so good.”

“I love what this company stands for and their genuine thoughtfulness in choosing everything from packaging to transportation. I ordered a bundle (for a great price!) that contained lip balm, loofa, toothbrush, deodorant and soap/shampoo. The scents of the shampoo and soaps were lovely, but the shampoo didn’t leather as well as the soaps. I absolutely loved the toothbrush, which was the only 100% bamboo toothbrush that I’ve found so far (other companies use nylon bristles)! Although the loofa stays wet if you don’t leave it in a place that gets fresh air, it’s texture was perfect for scrubbing and making me feel clean. The lip balm was very moisturizing and had a subtle scent which I liked. Overall, a great deal, especially of you’re trying to find what works for you!”
