The professional staff at Natwest - always excel whenever requests are made of their services, knowledge and expertise. May I take the opportunity to say 'Thank you' to Salma, Lena et al in the local branches for your one to one support. Wishing you all a fantastic start to 2023 and beyond - Shalom (Peace be unto you - words of wisdom uttered in the Tanakh, Bible and Quran - seek and ye shall find) From Cescađź’śJazz - Eschatologist & Poetess

I've been a Natwest customer for many years & seen lot's of changes, the staff in my local branch are wonderful but in the last few year's I've witnessed terrible verbal abuse towards them many times! The public need reminding that the staff are paid to do a job & if customers arn't willing to adapt to changes ie online/mobile banking then 1) go elsewhere 2) be prepared to have to stand & wait in the queue!

It took a few working days to open my business bank account with Natwest. It has been 3rd bank I tried doing it with and I was surprised how quickly and smoothly it went. The other banks were useless - nightmare to work with . I think it helped that I already was a customer with them, but still - 3 days is a very good outcome

Absolutely love the on line app. Very quick efficient and easy to use. Absolutely hate that they keep changing the design once you are in the app!!

This morning my husband and I received 1st class customer service from Kirsty Cloke at Natwest Dover branch. We could not have managed all the additions and alterations to our accounts without her help. She explained everything and gave us good advise concerning our accounts and future needs. Thank you so much Kirsty we really appreciated your help. Angela & Gregory Crepin

They sorted out my special needs son bank account very quickly .Unlike Coventry building society who filled in a mortgage against an OAPs home without his knowledge or signature. Then spent 10 years refusing to show him the mortgage. A Judge told them to stop harassing the pensioners twice. Justice Chamberlain declared the unsigned mortgage " No signature no contract" but still granted a repossession order against the OAPS home .This caused the OAP to stop eating and taking his Meds. He died a scared and broken man. Coventry building society does you think you will get away with it?

Have been a customer over 40yrs, awfull service. I wanted to transfer money to my son,s account. They no longer do that I was told, I need online banking so I can do it myself ,I also need a i phone, and they would set it up for me to do myself. What do they do, if we are all doing it ourselves? I am 72 i don't want a computer or a i phone, thats why I have a bank !! Time to change banks.

My elderly mum lost her debit card this morning. Brad on the helpline was absolutely fantastic with her, he obviously grasped the fact that she was struggling to remember the answers to simple questions and was really patient with her. Thanks Brad, 5 star customer service.

I had what would have been a far more difficult phone call had it not been for Sam at Natwest. He was so kind, and empathetic and I felt so valued. I dont usually leave reviews as the potential for negative response is a daunting thing for me but Sam lifted such an enormous weight off my shoulders. I dont think I've ever had such customer service before, I certainly didnt deliver that level when I was customer facing.

I spent some time in Northern Ireland and came away with two hundred NI pounds. Google claimed I could exchange them for BofE pounds at any bank. Stopped at a Lloyd’s Bank where I was told that without an account, they wouldn’t do the exchange and that probably no other bank would either. A few minutes later, on a whim, I stepped into a Natwest branch. “If there’s enough money in the top of the till, we’ll do it for you.” There was and they did. I was just a tourist off the street, and they were very kind. If I need a UK account in future, that’s where I’ll go.

Had a mix of banks over many years, some good, some bad, some awful experiences! I began with Natwest some 10 years ago and now they have all my banking accounts which fills all my needs! Can't rate then highly enough!

Created a appointment online to talk to someone in branch. Walked in and was directed to the appropriate waiting area. The wait time was minimal. The lady who I was meeting took me to a little room and had a lovely chat with me about all sorts of things. It was like being with a friend rather than being interrogated by the bank. She helped me with what I had come in to do and wasnt too pushy about anything, offering me other bits and bobs along the way but only things that would benefit me. While I was there she noticed my home insurance and did a quick quote to see if she could get it any lower for me and sorted out new life insurance, which I had been trying to sort myself but struggled. She offered me drinks throughout and made me feel extremely welcome!
