Nat West were so helpful to me during several issues with other companies. The money i thought i had lost was reclaimed by the bank, professional and efficient. i’m very thankful.

Natwest Lymington, Paul B. I haven't been able to get onto my Natwest App for 3 months following a scam and no one seemed to be bothered about getting me back on. I waiting for ages to get a Activation code. I went into the Lymington branch and spoke to Paul, he got me into my App within 20 minuets. I am so happy with his customer service and because of him i will be staying with Natwest, before this i was considering moving banks. Thanks again Paul

Just spend 40 minutes with an amazing NatWest staff member. Bassem at Welwyn garden city branch. So knowledgable, helpful, thorough and understanding. I was with my 84 year old, slightly deaf mother, who can use the app alittle but needs advice. He responded to the situation really well amd made sure he responded to my mother, looked at her as he spoke to her ( even though I was asking most of the questions). A wonderful credit to NatWest.

Been struggling to set-up a new direct debit mandate for my Natwest loan and for the last month, the call queues have been horrendous but low and behold Lauren - Birmingham branch managed to show me a light at the end of the tunnel. She was out to help sort out my problem, her tone of voice, her calm and enthusiasm could be felt on the phone. She had excellent customer service, was patient and she has promised to do a follow up call to make sure everything is sorted. Natwest - "she deserves a bonus"! Good on you Lauren! I've been a Natwest customer for many years & seen lot's of changes, the staff in my local branch are wonderful but in the last few year's I've witnessed terrible verbal abuse towards them many times! The public need reminding that the staff are paid to do a job & if customers arn't willing to adapt to changes ie online/mobile banking then 1) go elsewhere 2) be prepared to have to stand & wait in the queue!

It took a few working days to open my business bank account with Natwest. It has been 3rd bank I tried doing it with and I was surprised how quickly and smoothly it went. The other banks were useless - nightmare to work with . I think it helped that I already was a customer with them, but still - 3 days is a very good outcome

This morning my husband and I received 1st class customer service from Kirsty Cloke at Natwest Dover branch. We could not have managed all the additions and alterations to our accounts without her help. She explained everything and gave us good advise concerning our accounts and future needs. They sorted out my special needs son bank account very quickly .Unlike Coventry building society who filled in a mortgage against an OAPs home without his knowledge or signature. Then spent 10 years refusing to show him the mortgage. A Judge told them to stop harassing the pensioners twice. Justice Chamberlain declared the unsigned mortgage " No signature no contract" but still granted a repossession order against the OAPS home .This caused the OAP to stop eating and taking his Meds. He died a scared and broken man. Coventry building society does you think you will get away with it?

I spoke to such lovely people tonight who have made my Christmas I have been worrying about paying my mortgage and they have come up with a solution for me I’m so glad I called. I can’t remember their names but they had wonderful customer service and were so helpful and understanding.

Had to go to the NatWest Bank In Yeovil, Somerset, to show staff my Dear Mothers death certificate, and the very helpful staff, set up my NatWest app, l am a OAP, bit slow with technology, the young lady could not have been any more helpful, so this is a positive review, thank you Nat West, you went above and beyond to help me x

I personally received excellent service from natwest in Romsey talk about going the extra mile ..Today I received the same in my local branch in Penarth could not of asked for more .nothing was to much trouble 10 out of 10 shame I never got the name to highlight them

Have been a customer over 40yrs, awfull service. I wanted to transfer money to my son,s account. They no longer do that I was told, I need online banking so I can do it myself ,I also need a i phone, and they would set it up for me to do myself. What do they do, if we are all doing it ourselves? I am 72 i don't want a computer or a i phone, thats why I have a bank !! Time to change banks.
