“I've ordered twice from Nerd Kung Fu, both times there was an error. The first time about two years ago, one of the prints was visibly flaking off the shirt out of the package. I accepted it, though disappointing. The second order was just recently. One of the prints, a G1 Decepticon insignia, wasn't centered and was crooked on the shirt. I contacted support, which was very fast and friendly, and gave pictures of the shirt in question. They reached out to their printer and about a week later I received a new shirt. It was nearly correct, but still visibly uncentered. The next day I received yet another (3rd) copy of the shirt, which was also misaligned. If you can't get it right after 3 tries, I'm to believe that's the best you can do, and it's no longer worth my time and effort. I do appreciate the timely and polite help, but I can not pledge for the product here.”
“I appreciate that they have fun, unique clothing sizes that are inclusive and and go up to 4XL+ with most of them. The clothing is of good quality and doesn't shrink; and fits to size. The customer service is responsive if you have questions. The only downer is the shipping cost, but it's worth it for the unique clothing that I can't find locally.”
“I love you guys. You supply my wardrobe with tshirts that I proudly wear and gladly tell anyone where I obtained such an item. That being said. PLEASE, fix the navigation on your website. After every order confirmation there is a Continue Shopping button, when clicked it does NOT continue shopping at all but instead takes you back to the frontpage. PLUS whenever I am shopping alphabetically as I click from page to page eventually they get out of order somehow. The in between pages become pages I already seen several letters ago. It is an extremely strange situation and I hope some of this made sense so someone can tell another person and a gigantic pain in my ass is relieved. Thank You”
