“The old network provider couldnt help with giving us the correct unlock code but NetPal could. All sorted and now able to connect to new provider. Great service, good communication and clear instructions for every step.”

“Reasonable price, good communication and when they couldn't find my unlock code on the first attempt they told me about this but still kept going it took longer than I hoped and expected but resolved in the end”

“I was dubious at first, but with PayPal protection I knew I was protected. The process was very easy to follow. It took 4 days to complete and that included the weekend. I received an email very shortly after a concern and the issue was rectified immediately. I would use the NetPal again and I would recommend to others. The cost was also really good. It was less than £20 to unlock my phone.”

“I ordered the network decoding code and I received only the network code but without the Defreeze code. to receive and Defreeze I had to place an order even if on the page it says that I receive the 2 codes. Hello, you were refunded in full, even though it was clearly your handset that was the problem, so no waste of money plus you wouldn't accept any support. You could have been unlocked but chose instead to denigrate our company in a dishonest and irrational manner. We did our best to help.

“Worked a treat! Was a bit suspicious to begin with because others were charging alot more so payed via paypal. Less than 12 hours later I got a code and it worked amazingly! Can now put any network sim in my phone thanks”

“A bit sceptical about using as there are a lot of sites offering the service but just take your money and run. Needn't have worried unlock code delivered within 24 hours and worked brilliantly.”
